Abstract/Summary:
The focus of this work relates to leader-member exchange quality, employee creativity and employee satisfaction with the communication at their workplace. It is proposed that employee's creative performance and level of organizational communication satisfaction will be determined in various ways by the quality of interactions they have with their supervisor. An assessment of employee creativity, communication satisfaction and leader-member exchange quality was used at several companies in the entertainment industry where communication and creativity are considered to be essential. The implications of this study will allow organizations to identify how leader-member exchange quality is associated with employee creativity and organizational communication satisfaction.
