Innovation is the soul of the time. On entering the 21 st century, competition among companies is becoming more and more fierce due to the great openness of the global market, as a result, many companies low in high technology are seriously affected. Confronting the ever-more competitive society, it is extremely urgent for companies to make some innovations. Innovation of a company is closely bound up with the innovation of an individual in a group.Some researches indicate that leader is the key factor that can impact the team and individual innovations which could promote innovations and lead revolutions.A company needs an effective leading style, which could well adjust to development from the outer surroundings, catch innovative opportunities,promote innovations in the company itself and motivate and assist staff to work innovatively.Thus,this paper will deeply discuss the topic of knowledge sharing and group atmosphere.
