Abstract/Summary:
The purpose in this ex post facto study was to determine factors related to the research productivity of Home Economics teacher educators in public Research and Doctorate-Granting universities. To answer eight research questions and seven hypotheses, data were collected by mailed questionnaire from 81 females and 3 males in 51 universities.;The dependent variable, career research productivity index (CPI), was computed by converting number of publications and scholarly works to z-scores and dividing by number of years a teacher educator.
