| Water is an indispensable resource of nature and stratagem for people’s living and social development, it is also an important foundation of substance to maintain sustainable development of economy and society. Water supply system is an important infrastructure for city and town’s development. With economy developing faster and urbanization becoming faster, cities and towns consume more and more water. Existing water resources and water supply system can’t support the development of cities and towns and water is becoming an restrained factor of the sustainable development of cities and towns. Therefore, how to allocate water resources, plan and construct water supply system reasonably becomes the focus of peple’s attention. Water resources optimized allocation and planning optimization of regional water supply system in new area of a city in the north China is studied in this paper.Firstly, the existing conditions and problems of water resources and water supply system are analysed and summarized. The forcasting methods of water demand are summarized systemically. According to the true conditions of new area, index method is used to forecast water demand of new area in 2020. On the basis of current situation of water resources and relative plan, available water resources of new area in 2020 is forecasted. Then, water resources optimized allocation of new area is studied and discussed , multi-objectives optimized mathematical model is set up and solved and corresponding conclusions are made.Secondly, some basic problems of regional water supply system are discussed and studied. Dijkstra algorithm based on breadth-first search strategy is used to optimize path of the main pipes spanning different areas. The construction, running condition and some other cost models of regional water supply system are studied. Based on the research above, planning mathematical model of regional water supply system is set up. And then, multi-objectives optimized mathematical model which is to make annual charge of water supply network least and water quality meet standards is set up, this model’s constraints include water supply and demand, technique and water quality.Lastly, city water demand of new area in 2020 is forcasted on the basis of water resources optimized allocation. According to the real situation, regional water supply system is fixed on new area. Optimized path of the main pipes spanning different areas of new area is confirmed and optimized mathematical model of new area is set up. Finally, LINGO and MATLAB GA Toolbox are used to solve the model and results are analysed. |
