Support theory and control technology in coal roadways is an important precondition, especially the support theory and control technology in super large cross section with thick fragmentation coal seam roadway is the key problem in mining field. It is taked NO.412 cut opening of Dongpo Coal Mine as engineering background in this dissertation, the new support theory and practical technology used in a super large cross section coal roadway with thick fragmentation coal seam are analysed by using methods such as field research, mechanics theoretical calculation analysis, numerical simulation, laboratory test and in-situ monitoring, the deformation feature and maintenance characteristics of super large cross section with thick fragmentation coal seam roadway are analyzed, established a elastic foundation beam mechanical model of super large cross section of with thick fragmentation coal seam roadway, and put forward that the truss cable combined control technique of super large cross section with thick fragmentation coal seam. The stability classification of rock strata is studied, and determined the classification results of roadway surrounding rocks in the NO.4 coal seam. On this basic, used numerical simulations, studied the engineering response of roadway surrounding rocks in different parameters conditions of truss cable (the length of truss cable, the inclined angle of truss cable, the distance between side and cable borehole and density of roof cable). BP neural networks design system of supporting is built; roadway supporting parameter is optimized design. This research used in situ practise, through mine pressure observes proved the support scheme's rationality, gained significant economic and social benefits.
