| With the characteristics of large design sections, coal-rock compound roof and difficulty to support, the supporting method of the cut in 20106 working face of Wangjialing coal mine seriously restricts the driving speed of roadway. Based on the geological conditions of the cut in 20106 coal face, the supporting technology of the cut with thick coal seam and large section is systematically studied, utilizing site investigation, experimental study, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and industrial test. Through site investigation and experimental test, the occurrence condition and typical coal-rock mass mechanics parameters of the cut is mastered. The influence factors which caused deformation of the surrounding rocks are analyzed. Mechanical models of roof and side are established, and physical similar simulation test is carried out to analyse the deformation mechanism and master the failure characteristics of the surrounding rock of cut with large section, and the key of the control technology is proposed. The bolt-mesh-cable supporting is utilized to shore the cut, supporting parameters designed based on the theory of limit equilibrium. The effect of different supporting schemes is analysed by FLAC3 D to determine the optimal supporting scheme. The results of industrial test show that the supporting scheme can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of the cut, and significantly improve the driving speed, achieved good social and economic benefits, also provide reference information for Wangjialing coal mine and other colliery with similar geological conditions to design the supporting of large section roadway. |
