The support problem of underground engineering is the core problem of the safety of underground engineering,and it is also the restriction condition of the current efficient production of coal mine.Combined with the mining characteristics of large section,deep buried and thick coal seam in Zaoquan mine,this paper studies the roadway support optimization of 13205 working face by theoretical calculation,numerical analysis and other means.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The deformation and law of driving roadway,stress of surrounding rock,stress and deformation of bolt and cable are studied;(2)This paper studies the deformation mechanism and characteristics of large section roadway in thick coal seam,analyzes the deformation of roadway surrounding rock under different conditions by numerical simulation,and obtains the deformation laws,such as the deformation laws of different coal seam thickness,different arrangement layers,different roadway section,stress,deformation and plastic zone;(3)According to the actual situation of Zaoquan mine support optimization design,based on the balance circle thought of roadway support design,and then use FLAC software to simulate the support situation under different working conditions,get the support optimization scheme,and guide the support design;Roof anchor cable length6800 mm,diameter 22 mm,row spacing 1000×1000mm,roof anchor rod 2000 mm,diameter 22 mm,row spacing 900× 900mm;(4)According to the field construction situation,the data collection and analysis of roadway surface convergence are carried out,and the roadway deformation law is analyzed.It is known that the roadway deformation meets the production requirements,and the design meets the requirements.There are 74 figures,34 tables and 84 references in this paper.
