| The formwork support for the gob-side entry retaining is the main supportingequipment to realization gob-side entry retaining, its reliability is directly related tothe success of gob-side entry retaining. This thesis introduced the basic functions、composition、working principle and slection principle, established mathematicalmodel of anti-four-bar linkage mechanism, which can be used to reach the functionalrelationship between the horizontal obliquity of link and the height of the roof.Analysis on strength of formwork support3D model under different loading methodsby FEM, to draw von mises stress of formwork support and each of the mainstructural parts, to determine the critical sections and dangerous points, providing thereference basis for the formwork support structure design and improvement. Finallyindustrial experiment was carried out in ZhongXing coal, the evaluation of technicaland economic effect, the results show that the formwork support is simple, economicand reliable, and provides theoretical and experimental basis for this technology toapplication and promotion. |
