In recent years, with the development of the technology for the filling mining andgob-side retaining entry, implement fully-backfilling on mechanized working coalface, at thesame time support the roadway by enhancing the strength of filling structure beside theroadway and roadway reinforcing support, it means: the technology of filling mining andgob-side retaining entry was applied in fully mechanized working face, the technologyof gob-side retaining entry comes ture in backfilling coalface. The technology of gob-sideretaining entry on backfilling coalface is one of major innovations in coal mining field andshows its enormously technical, economic and social benefits. The paper summarize theresearch status of domestic gob-side retaining entry in backfilling coalface, the results showthat: the research achievement of the roadway support design method is few. Therefore, theresearch of the roadway support design method and relevant theory is significant for theroadway design and the technology popularization.Starting from the analysis differences of the technology of gob-side on fully-backfillingcoalface and tradition gob-side retaining entry, the paper adopts the following researchmethods:theory analysis、numerical simulation, industrial experiment. The studing theme ofthe paper are reasonable supporting thought,quantifiablly calculating supporting parameters,the safe and economic roadway support and simple supporting process. The paper studyssystematically the following contents:(1)Based on the analysis of overlying strata deformation characteristics of fully-backfillmining, the paper establishes elastic foundation beam model, the beam is superposition beamand composes of immediate roof and main roof, stope filling body acts foundation, the paperobtains deflection and bending moment equations of superposition beam.(2)Based on the elastic foundation beam model of gob-side retaining entry in backfilling coalface, the paper proposes supporting thought of gob-side retaining entry in backfillingcoalface and gives roadside support calculating model. Based on the strength couplingprinciple, the paper gives roadway anchor reinforcing support calculating formula.(3)The paper design supporting parameters of Yuyang Mine gob-side retaining entry inbackfilling coalface, using the aforementioned relevant conclusion of elastic foundation beammodel and roadside support calculating model、roadway anchor reinforcing supportcalculating formula. The paper studys construction process of gob-side retaining entry inflexible formwork paste-like backfill coalface.(4)Following the analysis of the "whole-local associated" principle, the paper analyzessurrounding rock stress and the parameter of vertical stress、vertical displacement、plasticzone from the perspective of theory and numerical simulation aimmed at the gob-sideretaining entry"big and small" structure. By the monitoring of the mine pressure, the resultsshow that: the supporting of roadway effect is good.
