The coal mining is going to large buried depth of coal resources development, in-situstress and tectonic stress having increased dramatically, roadway and working facesurrounding rock geological environmental degradation. At the same time, it is high ofabnormal occurrence coal seam gas content, and working face gas overrun problem seriouslythreaten the safe production of coal mine. The gob-side entry retaining can eliminate adverseeffect of under roadway protection coal pillar stress concentration for roadway support, makeroadway be in reducing chronic stress area; realize the working face of Y type ventilation,which is beneficial to solving the problem of gas overrun; realize no security coal pillarmining to improving the recovery rate of coal resources and reducing mine drivage rate andso on. So nowadays the gob-side entry retaining has become the development trend of coalmining technology in China.This paper combines theoretical research, numerical simulation and on-site industrial test,system study the large buried deep coal seam mining spatial stress distribution law, thegob-side entry retaining goaf roof for motion law, gob-side filling wall supporting design andso on for multiple the gob-side entry retaining key issues. FLAC numerical software areanalyzed detailly under the condition of large buried depth for the surrounding rock stressdistribution, especially analyzed filling wall stress distribution under the condition of gob-sidefilling wall different width, it is concluded that The Xue Hu Coal Mine’s the reasonable widthof gob-side filling wall under the condition of large buried depth thick coal seam.The gob-side entry retaining of Flexible Formwork Concrete has been successfullyapplied in Xue Hu Coal Mine2307working face, which realize the support technology ofFlexible Formwork Concrete has successfully having been applied in the820meters of buried depth thick coal seam, high pressure, high gas the gob-side entry retaining. The gob-side entryretaining stay above10m2, satisfying the requirements of production, transportation anddesign. Established the plan of the mine pressure monitoring, for the whole process ofdynamic pressure along the gob-side entry retaining, master the mine pressure appear law ofroadway, which will provide a scientific basis for optimizing the design for the gob-side entryretaining and ensure the gob-side entry retaining.This started efficient fast innovation projectof the gob-side entry retaining under large buried deep thick coal seam.
