In recent years, the high-carbon economy, dominated by fossil fuels, has further aggravated the threat of global warming.China is also facing the resulting environmental problems such as haze. The emission reduction of greenhouse gas such as carbon dioxide has reached a unified consensus around the world. In the context of low carbon, the supply chain is the main carrier of carbon emissions, and the carbon emissions of the supply chain in which the enterprise locates are far more than his own carbon emissions. Therefore, the issue of supply chain carbon emission reduction has been widely focused by the academia, the business community and the regulatory agency, and has become a challenging topic in academic research.Increasingly severe environmental pressures have also led to changes in consumer behavior. Many consumers are turning to low-carbon products, such as the electronic signature, inverter air conditioner,low-carbon home and so on.Facing this investment opportunity in the low-carbon consumer market, enterprises involved in the supply chain have two alternative strategies:emission reduction or no emission reduction. At present, many scholars have done lots of research on the emission reduction of supply chain enterprises from different perspectives, and made great research achievements. However, the existing researches are mostly on the emission-reduction strategy for one enterprise or cooperative emission-reduction strategy for two enterprises in the supply chain, and few scholars have studied the choice and dynamic spread of emission-reduction strategy for the enterprise population involved in the supply chain. In fact, supply chain enterprises are subject to many carbon policies, and the government's carbon policy regulation aims to promote the spread of emission-reduction strategy. Therefore, how to develop a scientific and reasonable carbon policy to promote the choice and spread of emission-reduction strategy by the supply chain enterprise population in the most effective way is a key problem to be solved urgently.Furthermore, the emission-reduction strategy of supply chain enterprises will be widely deviated from the optimal because of their own psychological behavior factors, and will also be affected by the topology and scale of the supply chain network they are in.Therefore, the research on emission-reduction strategy of supply chain enterprises with behavioral factors considering under carbon constraints not only has the forwardness and exploratory on frontier, but also has the strong practical value.Aiming at emission-reduction strategy problem of supply chain enterprises with behavioral factors considering under carbon constraints, this paper uses game theory, evolutionary dynamics, network evolutionary dynamics and other methods to carry out the theoretical and application research, and the main work includes the following five aspects:First, the theoretical framework and internal and external influencing factors of emission-reduction strategy problem for supply chain enterprises are given. The theoretical framework mainly includes:the concept and related practice content of low carbon supply chain, three typical psychological behaviors of supply chain emission reducers, complex network theory, game theory and other related theories; The influencing factors mainly include:external carbon constraints factors such as carbon policy regulation and consumer's low carbon preference, internal behavior factors such as overconfidence, fairness concern, bounded rationality and other factors of supply chain enterprises, and relationship factors among node enterprises such as network size and topology characteristics of supply chain.Second, the autonomous emission-reduction strategy of the supply chain enterprise with overconfidence behavior is proposed. This paper studies the influences of up enterprise's overconfidence factor, downstream enterprise's overconfidence factor and consumer's low-carbon preference on autonomous emission-reduction strategy of the supply chain enterprise under four different scenarios:integrated SC(supply chain),decentralized SC,decentralized SC with an overconfident up enterprise, and decentralized SC with an overconfident downstream enterprise;the basic models with single carbon policies and extended model with the joint carbon policy are further formulated, and advantages of the joint carbon tax and cap-and-trade policy designed are verified;the carbon emissions in the supply chain under different carbon policies are compared and analyzed by a numerical example.Third, the cooperative emission-reduction strategy of the supply chain enterprises with fairness concerning behavior is proposed. This paper analyzes how consumer's low-carbon preference and fairness concerns of up/downstream enterprises may affect channel members' emission-reduction strategies for four different strategy combinations:up/downstream enterprises do not reduce emissions, the upstream enterprise reduce emissions and downstream enterprise do not reduce emissions, the upstream enterprise do not reduce emissions and downstream enterprise reduce emissions, and up/downstream enterprises cooperate to reduce emissions;nash bargaining solution of the up/downstream enterprises in the supply chain is selected as a fair reference to characterize respectively both players' fairness concerns, and the payoff matrix of up/downstream enterprises when adopting different strategies is constructed to obtain fair conditions that can effectively inhibit each other's free riding behavior and ensure their own emission-reduction benefits.Fourth,an evolutionary game model for emission-reduction strategy choice of supply chain enterprises considering bounded rationality behavior is constructed, the main research work includes:based on the assumption of bounded rationality,a mixed strategy evolutionary game model between the local government population and the supply chain manufacturer population is developed under static and dynamic subsidy, and the influence of different subsidy policies on emission-reduction strategy choice of the enterprise population is discussed;from the governmental point of view,an ideal event is defined and its occurring probability is analyzed;through computational experiments, the dynamic evolutionary process and evolutionary path of emission-reduction strategy choice for the enterprise population are explored, and the optimal subsidy cap is obtained. The determining factors affecting emission-reduction strategy choice of the enterprise population are divided into three priority levels at their influence degree.Fifth,an evolutionary game and decision optimization model for emission reduction of complex supply chain enterprises under subsidy policy is proposed, the main research work includes:based on the assumption of bounded rationality,a three-stage evolutionary game model of emission-reduction decisions among competitive enterprises under government subsidies is established, and solved using backward induction technique;the rules of network evolution dynamics are formulated and network models are constructed;through computational experiments, the influences of the subsidy rate, network topology and scale on emission-reduction decisions of the enterprise population are discussed, and the network evolution process and law of emission-reduction decisions for the enterprise population are revealed. The research on emission-reduction strategy of supply chain enterprises by considering behavioral factors under carbon constraints in this paper, not only can enrich and expand the related theories and methods of modeling and optimization of low-carbon supply chain system, but also can provide feasible references for the government about carbon policies to reduce emissions and promote the choice of emission-reduction strategy of supply chain enterprises, and can provide reliable guidance and implications for the enterprise decision maker to choose the emission-reduction strategy under carbon constraints.
