With the increasingly serious global environmental problems, all countries in the world are faced with the ecological environment problems such as the greenhouse effect and climate change. How to deal with the environmental change is a topic that is discussed both at home and abroad.Energy-saving environmental protection,low-carbon has become the world's common concern.Due to a large number of carbon dioxide emissions caused by the accumulation of greenhouse gases, becoming the most important factor in greenhouse effect. Therefore, reducing carbon emissions has become a common global cooperation and shared obligations. For China, the rapid development of the economy for decades, becoming the largest developing countries, but paid a shortage of energy, destruction of the ecological environment, the haze intensified the painful price, and became the world's largest carbon dioxide emissions of the country. In the context of low-carbon economy, the Chinese government's commitment to reduce carbon dioxide emissions targets to show our commitment to the task of carbon reduction, but also as the main implementation of carbon emission reduction targets put forward by enterprises to achieve carbon emission reduction targets,Enterprise carbon emission reduction is imperative. However, there are many factors involved in corporate carbon emission reduction, and the attitude and strategy of enterprises' stakeholders to implement carbon emission reduction also affect the final strategic choice.Based on this background, this paper uses stakeholder theory, game theory and evolutionary game theory to determine the core stakeholders of carbon emission reduction, constructs the game model between the core stakeholders and the enterprises, and analyzes their respective game Strategy, the implementation of carbon emissions to enterprises to provide theoretical basis and strategy recommendations to promote the achievement of China's carbon emission reduction targets. The main research of this paper is divided into three parts: The first part is to use the stakeholder classification method and the power / interest matrix to determine the core stakeholders of corporate carbon emission reduction under the two mechanisms of mandatory emission reduction and voluntary emission reduction. The second part is the use of static game model to build government departments and enterprises, enterprises and competitive enterprises, enterprises and consumers of the two sides of the competition,to obtain the best equilibrium solution of each game model, and to analyze the optimal equilibrium strategy. The third part is the three-party evolutionary game model of government, enterprise and consumer by using evolutionary game theory. The four equilibrium points are obtained and the conditions of each equilibrium point and their evolutionary strategy are analyzed. At the end of this paper, the conclusions drawn from the three main research sections are summarized, and different strategy suggestions of promoting the implementation of carbon emission reduction are put forward for the core stakeholders of corporate carbon emission reduction: government departments, competitive enterprises and consumers. It is suggested that mandatory emission reduction mechanism and voluntary emission reduction mechanism work together to encourage enterprises to complete the target of carbon emission reduction.
