Water droplets can roll freely on the super-hydrophobic surfaces and oil droplets on the superamphiphobic coating surfaces,making the surfaces dry and clean.It has been found that these properties have important applications in many fields: such as anti-icing,waterproof,anti-fog,anti-corrosion,oil-water separation,self-cleaning,antibacterial and so on.However,there are still some problems in the preparation and practical applications of the coating: 1.it is difficult to prepare the superamphiphobic coating;2.the wear resistance of the coating is poor;3.the transparency of the coating is low;4.environmental protection is to be improved and so on.To overcome problem 1,this thesis focuses on the preparation of superamphiphobic coatings by designing particles with special morphology and agglomeration state(such as spherical nanoparticles,partially agglomerated nanoparticles,hexagonal prismatic nanoparticles,micron-sized hexagonal prismatic one-dimensional materials,and millimeter-sized expanded graphite particles with a layered structure),and forming an over-hang and re-entrant geometries structure on a smooth solid surface.At the same time,this thesis also tries to solve other problems mentioned above.Many strategies for improving the wear resistance and transparency of coatings prepared with different particles are adopted.1.Fully water-based dispersed spherical polystyrene nanoparticles obtained a transparent superhydrophobic coating by spraying,with an average transmission rate of up to 90%(wavelength range of 400-800nm).After adding sodium methylsiliconate as a binder,the polystyrene beads are coated with polymethoxysilane after coating,and the coating can withstand 250 ?.Adding cement as an adhesive,the polystyrene/cement/polymethoxysilane coating has abrasion resistance up to 250 times,and under 8000 Pa pressure,2000 mesh sandpaper.2.Partially agglomerated nano-silica particles obtained a transparent superamphiphobic coating by spray coating.The superamphiphobic coating can best super-repellent dodecane.By adjusting the film thickness,a highly transparent superamphiphobic coating with a maximum average transmittance of up to 89%(wavelength 400-800nm)is obtained.The superamphiphobic coating obtained by using titanium dioxide as an inorganic adhesive has good mechanical properties and self-healing ability.The coating is resistant to sand impact and 2H hardness pencil scratch test.3.A super-abrasion-resistant and super-hydrophobic coating was prepared by coating the hexagonal prism one-dimensional material(length of several tens of microns).Large-sized materials have better bondability than nano-particle materials,and have excellent wear resistance after coating.The film has abrasion resistance up to 1000times(under 8000 Pa pressure,2000 mesh sandpaper)and resistant to finger rubbing.After the hexagonal prism nanoparticles are sprayed and formed into a film,a coating capable of super-repellent dodecane is obtained,and the hexagonal prism shape is easy to form a concave cantilever structure,which is conducive to superamphiphobic performance.4.The millimeter-sized worm-like expanded graphite particles with a layered structure construct a 3D superamphiphobic porous material by stacking and bonding.The layered structure is easy to form a concave cantilever structure,so that the material has superamphiphobic performance.Superamphiphobic polyvinylidenefluoride(PVDF)/expanded graphite porous materials form air channels in a variety of liquids(water,alkaline,acidic and oily solutions),and become a good liquid gas conductor material.The porous superamphiphobic material was used to form a stable gas-liquid-solid interface under liquid and its application in carbon dioxide adsorption and oxygen absorption in blood circulation was tested.
