Starting from the Superhydrophobic phenomenon in nature,people have designed and manufactured various bionic artificial structures through in-depth research on the surface infiltration properties of different animals and plants,and put more and more energy into the research and development of Superhydrophobic/superamphiphobic coatings.Superhydrophobic/super-amphiphobic coatings have broad application prospects.But compared with them,transparent and superamphiphobic coatings have more obvious advantages and are more widely used,such as lenses,digital screens,solar panels,etc.However,transparency and superamphiphobicity are a pair of competing properties that become difficult in the manufacturing process.Therefore,the preparation of transparent superamphiphobic coating has become an important direction for researchers.This study specifically carried out the following three aspects of research work:1.Using chain silica(FSs)as the matrix,the FSs are modified by sol-gel method and one-step efficient thiol-ene click reaction to obtain a uniform and stable transparent superamphiphobic sol.The transparent coating with superamphiphobic characteristics was prepared on the surface of glass and different substrates by spraying method.The effects of different spraying components and the number of spraying layers on the versatility of the porous structure are discussed.The coating exhibits high light transmittance(average light transmittance of 83.16%in the 400-800 nm wavelength range),and has a water contact angle of 159°and a soybean oil contact angle of 152°.In addition,the coating can also withstand the impact of sand and water at a height of 30 cm and has good self-cleaning and antifouling properties.In addition,common clear coatings can be applied to various substrates in a large area without damaging their surface properties.2.In this work,azodicarbonamide(AC)is used as a template to load a layer of hollow silica on the AC particles by the sol-gel method.The influence of the amount of solvent and TEOS on the morphology of AC-HSiO2composite particles was studied.When the molar ratio of Et OH/TEOS is210:1 and the molar ratio of AC/TEOS is 0.24:1,hollow silica balls of uniform size and densely arranged can be loaded on the AC surface.The AC-HSiO2 composite particles were modified by PFOTS to obtain FAC-HSiO2 particles.Using PDMS as transparent viscosity,the FAC-HSiO2and the substrate are tightly combined,and finally the AC template is calcined and decomposed in the muffle furnace to form a special eggshell structure.This special eggshell structure has small openings and can be used in the coating.The surface captures more gas,which is very beneficial to the superamphiphobicity and transparency of the coating.The prepared coating has good superamphiphobicity,transparency,self-cleaning and antifouling properties.3.In this study,we prepared hollow rod-shaped Mg(OH)0.2F1.8,AC particles were dispersed in the PDMS-Mg(OH)0.2F1.8 system,the suspension was sprayed on the substrate,and the AC particles were used as The template is sacrificed to obtain a three-dimensional porous PDMS transparent elastomer,and the sample preparation scheme is optimized by changing the concentration of AC in the suspension.Then the porous array was modified with KH-550 and 50nm SiO2 by an improved dipping method,and finally a transparent superamphiphobic surface was obtained by vapor deposition of PFOTS.The resulting coating shows excellent self-cleaning performance.In addition,the coating has excellent mechanical properties.After 40 minutes of water impact and 40 cm height of sand,it can still maintain its super-amphiphobicity.
