More than 86.8%of the coal mine rock burst occurs in the roadway.With the increase of mining depth and mining intensity,the rock burst disaster will be more serious,and it will become a major coal mine dynamic disaster threatening the safety of coal mine production.More than 80%rock burst roadway using O shed supports,but in the process,which are often destroyed in various forms.Effect greatly reduced.Therefore,it is very important to study a kind of O shed support,which is more excellent in the prevention and control of the impact of the roadway,which has a very important role in solving the problem of the deep rock burst roadway support.This paper adopts site survey,theoretical analysis,laboratory experiments,numerical simulation and other research methods,carry out the further study of that,reveal O shed supporting roadway mechanism of rock burst,puts forward the O shed supporting design scheme.a)Put forward the classification and method of rock burst,and study the basic characteristics of the rock burst.Statistical analysis of the coal mine in China over the years,the occurrence of thousands of rock burst events,studythe impact of China's rock burst on the number of changes in the distribution,geographical distribution and rock burst roadway buried depth distribution characteristics.They're divided into three types:static load instability type roadway rock burst,dynamic load induced tunnel rock burst,and dynamic load induced instability type roadway rock burst.The rock burst failure coefficient is defined,and the roadway rock burst is divided into five grades by its size.Study on the basic characteristics of roadway rock burst,and determine it.Through the abo ve research,determined the suitable type and support section.b)Study the failure rule and reason of O shed support in rock burst roadway.Based on a large number of investigation and analysis of the rock burst roadway,O shed supporting destructive form is divided into:support structure overall impact damage,support local buckling deformation damage,destruction of the supporting frame bending,overlapping section break and tear,failure and destruction of clamp,destruction of the pull rod,a back plate failure seven types.According to the failure mode of the O shed support in the rock burst roadway and the working principle,the method of combining theoretical analysis with field investigation and analysis was adopted,revealing the main reason is lack of supporting the overall strength,joint frame for sliding performance is poor,posterior wall filled with poor coupling,etc.c)Revealed the mechanism of O shed support and prevention and control of rock burst,and put forward a kind of prevention and control method of it.According to the theory of instability of the rockburst perturbation,it is pointed out that the main factors affecting roadway rockburst are roadway support resistance,the plastic zone radius,coal and rock burst tendency and roadway surrounding rock system load,through adjust and change the four key factors,eliminateit in the making.After the occurrence of rock burst,the stability of surrounding rock of roadway is maintained by the O shed support,and the damage degree of rock burst is reduced.Combined with the characteristic curve of O shed support,study found that with support shed distance decreasing,the plastic zone radius increases,reducing the rock burst tendency,critical buckling load increases,so as to increase the stability of surrounding rock of tunnel,rockburst risk reduce.By using the quasi-static contact method and the mult-layer structure method,the relationship between the support resistance of the O shed support and the resistance level of the roadway is obtained.Based on the impact stress wave in the surrounding rock plastic zone attenuation law,O shed support characteristics,and the research results of bumper support,put forward a kind of impact O shed supporting structure,mainly includes:impact O shed support,wall back absorbing energy buffer fill the shock absorption layer and absorbing energy partition of surrounding rock,etc.d)Design scheme of O shed support for the prevention and control of rock burst in roadway.On the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward a design scheme of O shed support for the prevention and control of rock burst:O shed joint pad on the friction plate,block filling wall,regulation of partition wall rock.Through theexperiment,determine the friction plate is placed,good performance of optimal sliding bracket joint friction plate,the influence of the thickness and grain size of coal and rock on the impact load is obtained.Through numerical simulation and experiment study of the wall filling effect of coupling degree and type O shed joint frame for sliding performance of O shed support,the filling block thickness of the impact load and the influence of wall is analyzed,the analysis of rock mechanics parameters and energy absorption cushioning performance.According to the condition of rock burst roadway,choosing the appropriate resistance to impact O shed supporting structure parameterse)Parameter design and field application of O shed support in rock burst roadway.According to Laohutai Coal Mine in recent years,rockburst occurrence regularity,combined with 63007 working face,analysis it possible rockburst danger zone and the maximum level,and design the rationality and reliability of O shed support support parameters and contrast on-site,inspect the optimized O shed supporting the rationality and reliability of the scheme.
