Laohutai mine is a typical rock burst mine.In 1970's,rock burst occurred in Laohutai mine.With increasing of mining depth,rock burst is more and more serious which brings great difficulty to roadway support.Safety production is affectted seriously.At present,most of roadway support in Laohutai mine has not been designed from prevention of rock burst angle,and the anti-impact load capacity is limited,so it can't meet the requirements of roadway support.Therefore,Therefore,to carry out the research on the deep rock roadway support in Laohutai coal mine is of great importance to the prevention and control of the deep rock burst disaster.In this paper,based on the disturbance response instability theory,the influence of support resistance on the depth of critical softening zone and the critical load is obtained,and it is put forward that high strength support is an important condition for prevention of rock burst and support;By studying the interaction between roadway surrounding rock and support in rockburst,it is found that the stiffness and damping coefficient must be improved to improve the impact resistance of the support.Studying on the occurrence regularity of roadway rock burst in Laohutai mine,The main causes of disaster are found as follows:coal seam property,geological structure,mining depth and mining activity.Rockburst in Laohutai mine belongs to compound rock burst composited by gravity,structural and additional stress,structural stress plays a leading role in the vicinity of the structural belt.According to the theoretical research results above,combined with the roadway support failure law,compound energy absorbing supporting method is proposed.According to the requirement of support in 73006 working face of Laohutai Mine,the new energy absorption bolt and U-shaped steel support are chosen as the main support of rock burst roadway,and the experiment of the energy absorption bolt and energy absorption U-steel bracket was conducted,the experimental results show that the impact resistance is better than that of ordinary anchor and U-shaped steel bracket.According to the occurrence regularity of the rockburst in recent years,combining the geological environment and mining technology of 73006 working face,the support parameters of compound energy absorption roadway support are calculated.The results of field tests show that the compound energy absorption roadway support can meet support requirement of mine roadway,which is of great significance to ensure the safety and efficient mining of the mine.The research results can be directly extended to other similar conditions mine.
