Subway security inspection always faces the trade-off between safety and traffic speed,especially under the double influence of terrorism and high peak passenger flow,here are many practical problems in subway security inspection,such as the poor coordination of the security inspection subsystem,the low efficiency of security inspection resource allocation,and the poor defense ability against violence and terrorism.At the same time,the research of security inspection strategy for the subway is of high complexity.It should not only take into account the basic characteristics and demands of security inspection objects,the attributes of security inspection configuration resources,but also give full consideration to the particularity of subway structure and subway security inspection subsystem.Through the analysis of the causes of the existing security problems and the correlation between the causes.In this paper,the risk level of violence and terrorism is considered as the main line of research,and the structural framework to solve the key problems of subway anti-terrorism and explosion-proof security inspection is constructed.The first level:When the risk of violence and terrorism is low,the signal feedback strategy focusing on traffic speed and considering safety have been proposed and analyzed in this paper.Starting from the characteristics of improving the status of security inspection subsystem,the coordination level between the security signal strategy and the subsystem performance is improved without additional resources.The second level:When the risk of violence and terrorism is moderate,firstly,a face capture strategy balancing security and traffic speed is proposed and analyzed.Furthermore,this paper explores the influence of the security inspection department to enhance the recognition ability of the violence and terrorism elements before security inspection on the terrorism defense and attack strategy;Secondly,the white list strategy is proposed and analyzed and the scheme of sampling rate is designed,considering the influence of the high peak passenger flow on the terrorist attack strategy.The third level:when the risk of violence and terrorism is high and the subway station is not considered to be closed,an intelligent security strategy focusing on safety and considering the traffic speed is proposed and analyzed in this paper.Considering the technical characteristics of face recognition system and whitelist channel,combined with the influence law of security signal on terrorist attack strategy,the security of intelligent security strategy is analyzed,and the signal strategy and resource allocation strategy that meet the long-term security requirements are given.In this framework,four key management issues are extracted in turn,namely,how to improve the coordination of subway security strategy and security signal,how to make decisions on the implementation of face capture strategy under resource constraints,how to design a white list strategy from the institutional level to achieve classified passenger security,and how to improve the intelligent security system under joint means by signaling game theory?this paper has done the following creative works around the four key issues:Firstly,from the perspective of the deterrence effect of the security signal and the unity of the security strategy,a security model with the number of contraband in the abandoned box and the disposal box as the feedback signal carrier is constructed.The research not only analyzes the trigger conditions of the signal strategy of the security inspection department,but also analyzes the suppression effect of the loading signal device on the impact of the peak passenger flow.It is found that the self abandonment utility level of terrorists is significantly correlated with the signal strategy of security department,positively correlated with the speed of security inspection,and negatively correlated with the congestion level of passengers in security inspection hall.Secondly,considering the limited resources of the riot and terror defense,combined with the differences of the matching resources of introducing the face capture system strategy and upgrading the original security equipment strategy,a sequential game model of balancing the face capture strategy of the subway security inspection is constructed.The research finds that,without considering the added social value of the imported face capture system,when the response time efficiency of receiving police is low,the strategy of upgrading the original security equipment is dominant;in consideration of the added social value of the imported face capture system,the introduction of face capture system strategy has more advantages under certain conditions.Thirdly,considering how to reduce the impact of high peak passenger flow impact on the terrorist attacks,this paper constructs a subway security inspection model based on the white list system,and gives the prediction model of anti-terrorism capacity,and finds the best solution to balance the security department's riot and traffic speed.The research shows that the subway department should control the proportion of white list passengers from the design of white list system;further optimize the admission and clearing standards of white list system from the control of passenger behavior of white list;cut down the train operation interval in peak period from the aspect of subway operation.Fourthly,from the perspective of intelligent response to a higher level of terrorist risk,a two-level joint defense signaling game model of subway is constructed,which combines face capture system and white list strategy.This paper analyzes three refined Bayesian equilibrium paths that meet the requirements of long-term defense.The research finds when optimizing the allocation of defense resources among security inspection subsystems,we should not only consider the security of security inspection channels,but also consider the attack strategy,emotion type,penetration strategy of terrorists,as well as the response time of patrol security personnel,and even consider the complementary or alternative relationship between security inspection subsystems in different scenarios.From the perspective of research innovation and research value,first,combined with the risk level of terrorism and the particularity of subway,this paper transfers the theory related to explosion-proof security inspection to the field of subway,which further expands the research field of security inspection and enriches the research content of security inspection.Second,this paper builds the subway security self abandonment utility model,passenger congestion model,explosion casualty model,security process model,face capture strategy sequential game model,violent terrorist defense signaling game model,etc.,which not only activate the existing security subsystem,but also provide the basic theoretical models with high scene matching degree for the follow-up researches.Third,this paper fully considers the correlation between the terrorist attacks and the impact of high peak passenger flow,and provides some strategic suggestions for the subway security inspection department to meet the long-term defense needs by using signaling game theory.
