Ecological Security Evolutionary Game Analysis And System Simulation Of Multiple Stakeholders

With the rapid development of science and technology, human use and transform the natural means of progress, the impact of social development on the ecological environment has increased to security issues.Especially after the 1990 s, the ecological security has become the most important factor in human social security.Ecological security is a complex system involving multiple stakeholders, through the analysis of the system of related interest subjects, and get all the stakeholders in the process of system operation strategy choice, make the system to balance and steady state, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions on the development of ecological security, is based on the perspective of complex system one of the main methods of ecological security.This article through to the ecological security in many benefit main body behavior analysis, establish ecological security system in the evolutionary game model between the relevant stakeholders, through the establishment of ecological security system, a simulation model of SD key factors in the analysis of ecological security system, provide scientific basis for ecological security protection work and methods.The main research content of this paper and the work includes the following several aspects:(1) From the Angle of system of ecological safety are defined, based on the ecological security of systemic analysis, finding out the game features between system elements, ecological security is given in three categories(business, government, the social public) has the initiative the interests of the main body, the interests of each subject in the system is obtained the strategy selection in the process of game.(2) In the ecological security system, government and the social public as ecological safety regulators, regulators- enterprise evolutionary game model is established, the system equilibrium and stability are analyzed, the results show that whether the enterprise actively participate in ecological security protection mainly by regulators preferential subsidies, penalties and participating in income of the influence of three parameters.Reasonable subsidies involved in ecological safety of enterprises, therefore, make the ecological security protection at the same time the enterprise benefit, and increase penalties for companies not to participate in ecological security, prompt system(regulation, participation) evolution.(3) The regulators-enterprise on the basis of evolutionary game model of ecological security interests in the subject to further refinement, fully and reasonably considering ecological security protection of various stakeholders involved in the process, clear the government and the public in different characteristics in the model, set up the government, enterprises, social public evolutionary game model of three parties, evolutionary game model of tripartite equilibrium and stability analysis, find a tripartite model of the dynamic stability state.(4) Evolutionary game model based on three sides, the establishment of ecological security based on system dynamics evolutionary game model more interest subjects, the ecological security of many stakeholders for the actual situation of TW county, gansu province, regional simulation control, the main factors influencing the ecological security in the region of variable parameters control.Regulation according to the simulation results, analysis of the key factors affecting the ecological security and ecological safety management countermeasures and Suggestions are given.
