This paper mainly discusses flow characteristics of the material stored in bunker and material arch formation causes from the angle of continuous flow of media, proposes the idea of continuously forced asymmetric flow, and focuses on theory and system composition of initiative activating material in bunker based on two mass vibration. The system composition includes the vibration excited source based on two mass sub-resonance, the large size discharge port influencing material flow and arch and decompressing beam affecting material pressure in bunker. According to results of dynamic analysis and theory calculation of related components, the experiment platform of activating material in bunker with vibration is designed. Combining results of theoretical calculation and dynamic analysis, this paper makes dynamic simulation to the whole system with Simulink, further produces related components and builds experiment platform. In the light of theory purpose, significance of the theory, purpose and significance of the experiments, this paper designs methods and procedures of the experiment and proceeds no-load and load experiments under requirements and rules. The experimental results has been tested and analyzed, and certain conclusions and calculated results of theoretical research has been approved, therefore acquiring some experience value and regulations that can’t be analyzed by theory. The theoretical and experimental research results of this paper provide the theoretical basis and guidelines to related technology of vibration activating material in our country.
