| With the development of Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) systems in the intelligent buildings, people have gain not only indoor thermal comfort and indoor air quality ,but also the problem of energy saving. Therefore, how to deal with the two problems mentioned above becomes the issue. The key issue to improve the level of HVAC systems is to improve its controls, i.e., to develop the optimal strategies for its controls. The energy saving issue of HVAC in an intelligent building is analyzed from the systematic point based on processing-control system theory is also proposed. Aiming at the energy conservation of HVAC systems, an optimal operations and intelligent algorithms are used in management layer of integrated building management system. The global optimization for overall general HVAC systems was realized by this strategy.Basing on the researching of senior, the characteristic of facilities in the cooling system were analyzed. The mathematic models of the cooling system facilities were built with the method of theory analyzing of objects and the parameter‘s identifications of system. These identifications were proceeding based on recursive least-squares estimation theorem. In order to study the system sufficiently ,this problem can be transformed and simplified ,according to the characteristics of the operating com–ponents.In accordance with the characteristic of the HVAC cooling system, the improved Genetic Algorithm and the Simulated Annealing are used in the optimum scheduling scheme. After researching the procedures, the parameters and the operation rules of the two algorithms, two programs for the global optimization of HVAC cooling system were designed.As the main designer of the building control and integrated management systems in a central government house in Baoji city, after analyzing the requirement of user, the target of the system and the best way to realizing it, this paper displays the detail equipments and constructions of system of this project. Just owing to the system’s complement of designing, in- stalling and adjusting, the research on the optimal control for building cooling systems was carried on successfully on this flat.An optimum scheduling scheme which can save energy of the cooling system facilities and satisfy the constraints of the real time cold loads and system running is also proposed. It can make the minimum cost of the system by optimizing the number of running chillers, running parameters and the distribution of real time loads of running chillers. The improved genetic algorithm is used in the optimum scheduling scheme. The computation results show that the building energy consumption can be decreased by about 10.88 % with Genetic Algorithm; on the other hand, the building energy consumption can be decreased by about 8.8 % with Simulated Annealing. Obviously, the GA is a better scheme than SA. It can be used in the other same engineering. |
