60%to70%of the hydraulic system failure is caused by solid particles impurities. As the transmission medium of hydraulic system hydraulic oil spreads to the entire hydraulic system along with the pollution particles, form liquid-solid two-phase flow of oil contaminated sites. In this paper, use the two phase flow theory to set up contaminated oil liquid-solid two-phase flow basic equation, through the study of the force in contamination particles, established the kinematic equation and sedimentation equation in the gravitational field.In this paper, use ACFTD standard dust as pollution in simulation oil, for the sedimentation experiments, obtained the settlement variation law of the4?m?70?m particle contamination in hydraulic oil at10#.On this basis, designed a self-cleaning filter system which based on particle settlement, and created the pollution balance equation of self-cleaning filter system, used the MATLAB simulink for simulation experiments to study the sedimentation rate of particles in the system, back wash rate, pollution invasion rate of the system pollution degree effects.Finally, used the constructed self-cleaning filter system test-bed for experimental verification. In the end of the paper, describes the improved design of the turbine power generation oil self-cleaning filter unit.
