Study On The Impact Of China-Thailand Railway Construction On Regional Tourism Economy Under The Background Of "Belt And Road"

Since the 21 st century,the world pattern has undergone drastic changes,and the trend of world economic globalization and political multi-polarization has been continuously strengthened.Especially since the economic crisis in 2008,the global economy has entered a long stage of recovery.In the face of the global economic downturn,the tourism industry,as an emerging industry with low energy consumption and zero pollution,has rapidly and gradually become an important part of the economic development of various countries.As one of the important countries in Southeast Asia,Thailand's tourism industry has strong competitiveness in Southeast Asia and even in the world.Similarly,as the second largest economy in the world,China has made remarkable achievements since the reform and opening up.In the face of the complicated international situation,the Chinese government has seized the opportunity to meet challenges and creatively put forward the "Belt and Road" initiative.As an important component and phased achievement of the "Belt and Road" initiative,the construction of the China-Thailand railway has brought new opportunities for the development of China-Thai relations.It not only deepens the original China-Thai friendly relations,but also has a positive and far-reaching impact on the development of the tourism industry along the line.As we all know,transportation is an important driving factor for the development of tourism industry.The construction of China-Thailand railway is of significance for promoting the development of tourism industry along the line.Therefore,combining with the "Belt and Road" initiative put forward by China,this paper studies the impact of the construction of China-Thailand Railway on the tourism economy along the line,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy.The paper is divided into the following eight chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly summarizes the research background,research significance and purpose,technical route and feasibility analysis,research methods and research content.The second chapter is literature review.This paper systematically reviews Chinese and foreign literatures about the "Belt and Road" initiative,the China-Thailand railway construction,the development status of Thailand's tourism industry,the state's strategic policy of stimulating the tourism industry,the impact of the high-speed railway on the regional tourism economy,and the optimization of the tourism spatial structure of the tourist area along the high speed railway.This paper is based on the deficiency of the research on this topic and the content to be further explored.The third chapter is the theoretical basis of high-speed railway and regional tourism economy.This paper mainly analyzes the related concepts and theories of regional economy and tourism transportation,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study.The fourth chapter is the mechanism analysis of the driving effect of ChinaThailand railway on the tourism industry of China and Thailand.This paper mainly uses the theory of system dynamics to build the corresponding empirical model,and analyzes the influencing factors of the construction of China-Thailand railway and the impact of China-Thailand railway on the tourism industry of China and Thailand from the perspective of three subsystems.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the impact of the construction of ChinaThailand railway on the tourism economy of the tourism areas along the line.Based on the current status of Thailand's tourism economy,a comprehensive qualitative analysis is made on the spatial structure of tourism products in the tourist areas along the ChinaThailand railway,and analyzes the demand situation and potential of the tourism market along the China-Thailand railway.A gravitational model was constructed to perform a regression analysis on the effect of high-speed rail construction on the Thai tourism economy,and the results were obtained.The sixth chapter is the construction of tourism network and the analysis of tourism image spatial structure.It mainly analyzes the current situation of the tourism network and the regional tourism image along the China-Thailand railway.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and development suggestions.Based on the above conclusions,this chapter makes overall optimization of space from four aspects of tourism resources,tourism products,tourism network and tourism image,puts forward the optimization mode of "status –analysis-optimization" space structure,and expounds three levels,and puts forward the optimization path and expected results in four aspects of optimization level.
