It is an objective requirement of China's energy reform,energy security strategy and environmental protection to promote the adjustment of China's electric energy structure by vigorously developing wind power,photovoltaic and other new energies.Especially with the development of China's UHV technology and the construction of trans-regional transmission channels,it has laid a good foundation for the realization of cross-regional and cross-provincial energy mutual supply,and also created good conditions for the development of new energy.However,with the rapid development of new energy,in many provinces,especially the western provinces of China,new energy has appeared on a large scale,which brings challenges to the absorption of new energy in these provinces.The economic development of these provinces is relatively backward,the local load is limited,plus the new energy has its own randomness,volatility and other limitations,thus limiting the new energy grid consumption.This paper selects the regions with more advanced development of new energy as research samples,analyzes the main problems faced by the large-scale absorption of new energy in the inter-provincial power grid,and studies the strategies of absorption of new energy theoretically.This paper focuses on the following aspects of research and innovation:(1)This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the development of new energy and expounds the limiting conditions of the development scale of new energy.On this basis,the prediction model based on PSO-GPR combination is constructed,and the applicability and advancement of the model are verified through comparison and analysis with other prediction models.Taking the regions with advanced development of new energy as an example,the development of new energy is forecasted,and the main adverse factors affecting new energy consumption are analyzed in depth.(2)In view of the large-scale grid connection of new energy,the traditional concept of "adaptability" of the distribution network is facing new challenges.This chapter collects and sorts out the relevant parameters of the adaptability of the distribution network,and analyzes the impact of new energy on these parameters.Established an indicator system and evaluation method for the adaptability test of new energy consumption.By adopting expert interviews,on-site investigations,and copywriting research,the adaptability of new energy consumption was summarized to form evaluation indicators,and the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method were adopted.Combining with the establishment of an evaluation index system to determine the weights,the ranking of new energy consumption adaptability can be obtained through comprehensive index weights,which provides a basis for the new energy consumption adaptability of the distribution network.(3)Through carbon trading mechanism,incentive factors such as the green certificate trading is introduced into the power planning model,considering the investment cost,operation cost and carbon trading costs and green certificate trading costs,established by the power of the society,the objective function is minimum total cost planning model.The model uses the improved ant colony algorithm to solve the problem,and sets the basic scenario,carbon emission trading scenario,green certificate trading scenario and comprehensive scenario for comparative analysis,so as to study the influence of carbon trading mechanism and green certificate trading mechanism on power planning.The results show that the new method can provide sufficient planning basis for the rational distribution of new energy generation after considering the carbon trading mechanism and the green certificate trading mechanism,and has certain guiding significance for the development of new energy.(4)The paper set up new energy given three models,namely local given,given out,mixed given pattern,at the same time will LuZheng trading and carbon trading mechanism into the above three kinds of mode,with the introduction of the incentive factors,and on this basis to build the containing electric power dispatching model of incentive factors,to ensure better control in electric power dispatching of wind,discard rate.The validity of the model is verified by data verification.(5)The specific content of policy guarantee is discussed in terms of the planning of new energy,industrial incentive methods,industrial standardized development,regulation of market players and extension of new energy industry chain.The theories and methods of new energy consumption obtained in this paper have further enriched the understanding of new energy consumption in China,and have reference value for guiding the development and consumption of new energy in all provinces.The research of this paper provides reference for the government,power grid enterprises and new energy enterprises,and has important theoretical significance and practical value for promoting the development of new energy and deepening the energy reform in China.
