The network planning has been applied in our avigation manufacturing project widely, but there are some insufficiencies in application, such as, work breakdown structure depends on handwork, managers pay much attention to time but with little consideration for resource and logical relationship still rely on handwork as making plans, planning optimization is neglected.In order to solve above problems, the dissertation focuses on systematic studies towards planning and planning optimization. Firstly, it suggests a method for work breakdown structure based on bill of material. Then I propose a planning technique based on heuristic arithmetic. To get a better plan, I try to using Adaptive Ant Colony Algorithm to solve the resource optimization of the network planning. Besides, I introduce a software for plan management in avigation manufacturing based on this research. The key research works covered in the dissertation are as follows:1. I analyze the relation between BOM and WBS from engineering application aspects in our avigation manufacturing. Then I construct the model of BOM and WBS separately, and further discuss a method for WBS based on BOM, make some regulars for mapping from BOM to WBS.2. Contrapose the insufficiency of spliced relationship and time in spliced network planning, I propose a planning method based on heuristic arithmetic, solve the work attempering problem with resource restriction, deal with spliced relationship dynamically as calculating the early start time.3. To get the optimum solution for the planning, I construct a model of resource optimization for spliced network planning, and design Adaptive Ant Colony Algorithm to solve it.4. I describe the design and implementation of the software prototype based on B/S framework, I also espiain in detail each functional module and flow of using them.
