Equipment manufacturing industry is the industry to provide technology and equipment to national economy and national defense construction,it is the development of national economy,especially the foundation of industrial development.During 60 years development,the equipment manufacturing industry in our country has established a comprehensive and large scale industrial system.Equipment manufacturing industry development quality can drive the development of the whole industrial economy through the significant spillover effect and higher elements marginal output.Equipment manufacturing industry scale and level has become an important index to measure competition ability and modernization level of a country.Although the equipment manufacturing industry in our country obtained great development after the foundation,but compared with developed countries,there exist some problems like big but not strong,weak capacity for independent innovation,basic manufacturing level fall behind,low level repeated construction,and difficult popularization and application products of self-directed innovation.Producer service is to maintain the continuity of industrial production process,promote industrial technology progress and industrial upgrading,and improve production efficiency to provide security service,and developed from internal manufacturing production services department.Under the function of market drive,technological progress and the market competition pressure,the equipment manufacturing industry and producer service has become an inevitable developing trend,the fusion process is actually increased technical content and resources to optimize the integration process.In the background of the new normal economy,based on the equipment manufacturing industry and the present condition of the fusion of interactive development between producer services as the basis,carry out the industrial policies of the equipment manufacturing industry and producer services in our country the integration level of impact study,for manufacturing industrial upgrading,improve its international competitiveness and position in the global value country as a whole for the direct consumption coefficient of producer services with an average of 0.012,producer services to the direct consumption coefficient of the equipment manufacturing industry with an average of 0.009.The equipment manufacturing industry in our country as a whole complete consumption coefficients of producer services with an average of 0.103,producer services to complete consumption coefficients in the equipment manufacturing industry in an average of 0.067.Indicates that the equipment manufacturing industry in our country all departments of producer services departments of industrial level is not high,the low level of industrial convergence.The equipment manufacturing industry departments with the link between the producer services situation there is a big difference.Should strengthen the intensity of the fusion of the equipment manufacturing industry and producer services in our country,further impetus to the development of equipment manufacturing industry in our country,realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in China.(2)The convergence efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry in our
