China is in a critical period of transition in the construction of a modern economic system based on the new development concept of "innovation,coordination,green.openness,and sharing".The economic growth rate has slowed down significantly,and the industrial structure optimization and the effect of new kinetic energy cultivation are prominent.In this context,what is the operating status of China's smart grid,whether it can better adapt to the new power service demand caused by the economic transformation and development during the implementation of the new development concept,and what new power supply requirements put forward for the original smart grid fitness?Development direction,how can power grid companies improve operational efficiency to meet the needs of users for higher-quality power supply?To answer these questions,it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the operating status of China's current grid companies,identify the new demand characteristics and changes in the current economic transformation and development,and then propose optimization suggestions and suggestions for accelerating the construction of smart grids and improving the operational efficiency of grid companies in the future.Development countermeasures have important practical value,and also provide a scientific reference for future power grid companies to improve operational efficiency in high-quality development.Based on this,the main research work carried out in this paper is as follows:(1)According to the National Smart Grid Development Plan and the 14th Five-Year Development Goal,construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for the operation status of smart grid enterprises from five dimensions:safety and reliability,information interaction,intelligence and efficiency,green environmental protection and economic benefits,and use TOPSIS-ANP-The entropy weight combination evaluation model comprehensively evaluates the smart grid operation performance of 28 provincial-level grid companies in 2018.The results found that the development level of smart grids in China is extremely uneven,the development level of smart grids in the Northwest is the lowest,and the smart grid operation status of power grid companies in the central and eastern regions is relatively high.Therefore,how to better tap the operational development potential of power grid companies in the central and eastern regions in the future?Better accelerating its deployment to a higher-quality smart grid and improving its own operational performance is an important part of the national smart grid layout.At the same time,the level of intelligent development and operational efficiency of the western provincial power grids is also a "compensation for shortcomings" in China's smart grid construction.The important content of the "Board" is also an opportunity for the backward areas of the country to achieve a "catch-up effect" through the high-quality development of the smart development and operation of power grids to drive their social and economic development.(2)According to the analysis of the typical characteristics of the country's transformation and development,identify the main direction of change in the development of China's smart grid in the future,and analyze the direct or indirect effects that it may have on the operation of the grid.First of all,based on the national green development transition background and the carbon peak 2030,carbon neutral and 2060"dual carbon target" constraints,the impact of clean energy alternative development on the operation of smart grid enterprises is analyzed,and distributed power sources are used to analyze the impact of the grid network.The impact of the construction plan is analyzed in detail for typical scenarios.Second,select the possible impact of grid development on the grid operation planning layout in the smart development of urban power grids;third,select the impact of smart development on the operating efficiency of power grid enterprises to conduct a detailed analysis to provide economic benefits.Up the direction.The results found that:the development of distributed power sources will have an impact on the operation effect of the power grid through such paths as grid stability,scalability,and flexibility requirements.The use of genetic algorithms has conducted an empirical test on the grid impact caused by the access of distributed power sources in Northwest China.;Taking a local area network as a sample,through the distribution network planning ideas of complementary load characteristics and mutual assistance between stations,and using ant colony algorithm and branch line combination method to optimize the solution,it is verified that the grid method is accurate through accurate prediction,reasonable partitioning and The coordination of the main and auxiliary grids provides users with higher-quality power while also improving the operational performance of grid companies.(3)According to the above conclusions,the optimization direction of China to accelerate the development of smart grid and improve the operation performance is proposed from the two aspects of enterprise internal operation and external satisfaction.First,analyze in detail the input and output efficiency of smart grid operations at this stage.Through domestic and foreign comparisons and multi-dimensional comparisons of operating conditions,the reasons for the low efficiency of assets are identified,and precise planning,standardized construction,and lean operation and maintenance are proposed.The smart grid enterprise benefit improvement path under the direction,and the application of the Internet of Things,demand-side response,automation,big data and other technical means to improve the quality of user interaction services and support the improvement of operational efficiency.Secondly,according to the analysis of the new characteristics of power user behavior and the law of power consumption behavior under the rapid development scenarios of electric vehicles and distributed power sources,the mechanism of the influence of user behavior on the load characteristics of the grid is identified,and the conclusions of the model are calculated to predict electric power.The multiple direct and indirect effects of automobiles on the grid load provide a scientific reference for accelerating grid layout and improving power quality.The main innovations of the paper are as follows:(1)Establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for the operation status of smart grid enterprises from five dimensions:safety and reliability,information interaction,intelligence and efficiency,green environmental protection and economic benefits,and further build a TOPSIS-ANP-entropy weight combined evaluation model for 28 provincial-level intelligence in China A comprehensive evaluation of the operational performance of grid companies in 2018 was carried out to identify the "shortcomings"factors and areas in the current smart grid company operations,and provide a basis for accelerating the research of smart grid shortcomings and optimization countermeasures in the future.(2)By constructing an improved genetic algorithm model,it has considerable positive value and significance in increasing the economy and reliability of the smart grid.Introduce the load analysis method considering distributed power supply,and carry out automatic routing according to the ant colony algorithm and the proposed branch line combination solution algorithm.The optimal power supply unit division scheme takes into account the line investment and operating costs and the cost of power outages.The optimization of urban distribution network planning has scientific reference significance and value.(3)With China's current economic transformation and development as the background,the significant impact on the economic system during the implementation of the new development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing" is the constraint and development opportunity,and China's economy is realizing The operation status of the intelligent development of grid enterprises in high-quality transformation is the research object.Through detailed analysis of the operation status evaluation,the new requirements of the economic transformation of the grid intelligent development,and the optimization direction of operation optimization,it is proposed to accelerate the smart development of China's grid in the future.Policy recommendations for optimizing the layout of development and improving the level of operational performance provide a scientific reference for China to achieve high-quality development of smart grids.
