With the transformation of China's economy from high-speed growth mode to high-quality development mode,it is more and more urgent to build a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system.How to build a new energy system including hydrogen energy and support the realization of China's energy transformation is a hot issue in the field of energy economy research at present and in the future.Hydrogen energy is expected to achieve deep decarbonization in areas difficult to reduce emissions,and its market potential is huge.At present,in China's hydrogen energy supply system,the mainstream is hydrogen production from fossil energy with high carbon emission.By combining new energy with electrolytic water hydrogen production technology,new energy hydrogen production can ensure that the power source of electrolytic water hydrogen production is clean energy,so as to realize the cleanness and low carbonization of hydrogen energy industry in the whole life cycle.Hydrogen production from new energy can connect new energy and hydrogen energy,which ensures that the hydrogen production process is clean and low-carbon.It plays a key role in the cleanness and low-carbon of the whole hydrogen energy industry,thus helping China to achieve the goal of "carbon peak and neutrality".Therefore,hydrogen production from new energy is the key to the transformation of China's energy structure to green and low-carbon,and solving the key problems in the market promotion of hydrogen production from new energy is of great significance for China's energy transformation.At present,hydrogen production from new energy is in the demonstration application stage and has not been applied on a large scale.Hydrogen production from new energy can not be independent of the current energy system.It must be closely combined with the existing energy system to jointly achieve a higher level of green development.New energy hydrogen production can be applied to multiple markets.In order to promote new energy hydrogen production,this paper selects three key markets,namely,the green transformation of hydrogen production industry,energy storage in comprehensive energy system and demand side response resources in power market.On this basis,this paper puts forward the key problems of the promotion of new energy hydrogen production in these three key markets.Chapters 3,4 and 5 of this paper correspond to the key problems of the promotion in these three key markets respectively.In addition,the promotion of new energy hydrogen production is inseparable from the support of policies.Chapter 6 of this paper studies the trading mechanism of green hydrogen energy certificate,which is helpful to the construction of green hydrogen energy market and plays a role in promoting and supporting the market promotion of new energy hydrogen production.The detailed research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Research on the impact of "comprehensive hydrogen production" on the promotion of new energy hydrogen production.First of all,from the perspective of technological combination innovation,using the "negative carbon emission" characteristics of new energy hydrogen production,the new energy hydrogen production technology and coal hydrogen production technology will be combined to innovate the technology,thereby proposing a "comprehensive hydrogen production" plan;Then,in order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different hydrogen production technologies,according to the characteristics of hydrogen production technology,establish a super-efficiency SBM model that considers undesired output and make the comprehensive evaluation of the efficiency of hydrogen production from coal and hydrogen production from new energy sources,to further explore the efficiency differences of different hydrogen production technologies,and to further evaluate the location of China's "comprehensive hydrogen production" based on the results of the new energy hydrogen production efficiency calculation Analysis of development potential.The research results of this part provide a new hydrogen production scheme for the promotion of new energy hydrogen production.Based on the benefits of traditional hydrogen production from electrolyzed water,the program considers the environmental benefits brought by the "negative carbon emission"feature,thereby enhancing the comprehensive value of new energy hydrogen production and providing strong support for the promotion of new energy hydrogen production projects.(2)Economic research on the promotion of new energy hydrogen production in the integrated energy system.First of all,according to the characteristics of the two energy storage methods of new energy hydrogen production and lithium iron phosphate batteries,design the basic composition ideas of the electricity-storage energy system and the electricity-heat complementary energy system,and clarify the above two energy storage methods Functional characteristics;then use the improved chicken flock optimization algorithm,with the lowest annualized total cost of the integrated energy system life cycle as the objective function,construct the configuration optimization model of the electricity-storage energy system and the electricity-heat complementary energy system;finally.The above model is used in case analysis to compare the economics and characteristics of new energy hydrogen production and lithium iron phosphate batteries in different load types of energy systems.The research results of this part take new energy hydrogen production as an energy storage method,and expand to the "electricity-hydrogen-electricity+heat"scenario on the basis of the"electricity-hydrogen-electricity" scenario,thereby increasing the potential of new energy hydrogen production The comprehensive competitiveness of energy storage applications can provide an important reference for the promotion of new energy hydrogen production in the integrated energy system.(3)Research on the cooperative operation of multi-subjects of new energy hydrogen production in consideration of demand response.First,according to the characteristics of high dynamic response rate and wide power adjustment range of new energy hydrogen production,the cooperation mode of new energy hydrogen production and new energy power generation is introduced into the power demand response market;then,through the profit distribution theory of cooperative game,The goal is to build a joint optimization model for multiple wind farms and wind power hydrogen production systems.Finally,the above model is used in case analysis to verify that in the context of the wind power spot market,multiple wind power The joint participation of the wind farm and the wind power hydrogen production system in the power demand response market has the characteristics of multi-party win-win.The research results of this part take new energy hydrogen production as a flexible demand response resource,so as to explore the new added value of new energy hydrogen production,realize the coordinated development of new energy and hydrogen production from electrolyzed water,which can be used in the production of hydrogen from new energy.The promotion in demand response provides a theoretical basis.(4)Research on green hydrogen energy certificate trading mechanism.First,introduce the definition and identification of green hydrogen energy;then,according to the common interest relationship of new energy hydrogen production companies and hydrogen sales companies,construct a model of green hydrogen energy certificate transaction mechanism based on non-shared revenue and the transaction of shared revenue green hydrogen energy certificate Mechanism model;Finally,the above model is used in case analysis to simulate the operation of the hydrogen energy market under the green hydrogen energy certificate trading mechanism.The research results of this part promote and support the promotion of new energy hydrogen production through the mechanism of compulsory quota and green hydrogen energy certificate trading.
