Muti-Energy Park(MEP)has many advantages such as multi-energy complementary and efficient utilization, and is supported by national policies and extensive attention in the academic community. However,MEP has many characteristics such as energy types and complex multi-energy coupling, and there are still many problems in energy efficiency evaluation and planning methods.(1)Based on the in-depth analysis of the multi-energy coupling characteristics of MEP system, considering the diversity of energy conversion technology and equipment, the MEP energy flow diagram is established, which can effectively analyze the multi-energy complementary characteristics of MEP,and evaluate and optimize MEP.The configuration provides model support.(2)Established the Energy Efficiency Based MEP Energy Efficiency Evaluation(PEIEQ).Compared with the traditional primary energy utilization efficiency,PEIEQ uses the concept of energy quality, has a clearer input and output dimension and physical meaning, can distinguish the value difference of different kinds of energy, accurately reflect the energy cascade utilization of MEP,and provide MEP with A more environmentally friendly and scientifically comprehensive approach to energy efficiency assessment.(3)Using PEIEQ instead of primary energy utilization efficiency as one of the MEP optimization configuration targets,a multi-objective double-layer optimization configuration model considering the energy quality is established, and the optimal configuration scheme of MEP under the whole life cycle can be obtained. The results of this paper can provide an integrated energy efficiency evaluation method and optimization configuration method for the emerging MEP,and provide some reference ideas for the planning and operation of regional integrated energy service providers in the future.
