In the manufacturing system,the scientific and reasonable resource scheduling scheme determines the production efficiency of the enterprise.With the rise of intelligent manufacturing technology,manufacturing enterprises begin to upgrade the equipment in the manufacturing workshop,and the degree of manufacturing automation is greatly improved,thus improving the production efficiency.Therefore,under the organization mode of multi variety,small batch and personalized customization,how to optimize the scheduling of production resources and realize the optimal allocation of production resources is the main problem faced by manufacturing enterprises,especially in discrete manufacturing enterprises while practicing intelligent manufacturing and realizing high-quality development.Discrete manufacturing enterprise usually employ a multi variety and small batch production organization mode,so the flexibility of its manufacturing system determines the level of production efficiency.At the same time,the production process of discrete manufacturing enterprise covers the two major sectors of mechanical processing and product assembly,and involves many production equipment and logistics equipments,so the optimal allocation of production resources becomes more complex,so challenges are presented for the optimization of source scheduling.Focusing on the machining and product assembly of the discrete flexible manufacturing workshop,this paper studies the integrated and optimal scheduling of production resources for the production equipment represented by processing equipment and assembly equipment and the AGV with logistics equipment,to achieve the purpose of the optimal allocation of production resources of manufacturing enterprises,improvement of production efficiency,shortening delivery time and reduction of production costs.The main innovative research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper take the multi AGV path planning problem of flexible manufacturing job shop as the breakthrough point,analyzes the common conflict types in path planning,establishes an optimization mathematical model without path conflict,and innovatively adds a judgment strategy,and proposes a new path conflict type solution,so as to complete the conflict free path optimization of AGV,which will provides a research basis for the introduction of uncertain transportation time into the integrated optimal scheduling problem of production equipment and AGV.Secondly,AGV is defined as the unloading transportation equipment to complete the transportation of materials in the mechanical processing link of flexible machining workshop.Based on the conflict free path planning strategy,the overall mathematical model of the integrated scheduling problem of processing equipment and AGV is established,and two-stage method and integration method are proposed for the model.By solving the same example with the above two algorithms,it shows that the two-stage method and the integration method can cooperate with each other to meet the actual needs of enterprises.At the same time,it verifies the feasibility and superiority of conflict free path optimization strategy in solving flexible machining job shop scheduling problem.Thirdly,AGV is defined as a non-unloading mobile workbench to participate in whole assembly processes of products.On this basis,a flexible assembly operation mode of products is proposed to meet the needs of mixed model product assembly,personalized customized product assembly and assembly capacity balance.A mathematical model of resource scheduling for flexible assembly is established,which integrates assembly resources and AGV.The task scheduling problem is studied by using the cat swarm algorithm for this model,with the due date and the maximum completion time as the objectives,and according to the characteristics of the assembly process sequence,the heuristic search algorithm is used to study the assembly equipment and AGV scheduling problem in the assembly workshop.According to the optimization results,the bottleneck process is identified by using the identification and discrimination formula of bottleneck process,and then the assembly capacity is balanced and adjusted.Finally,based on MES system of the research group,the algorithm and implementation of integrated scheduling of flexible job shop and AGV are completed.Combined with the actual demand of a heavy part production enterprise of marine diesel engine,the preliminary application is carried out from the aspects of workshop map construction,conflict free path planning and integration of processing equipment and AGV.According to the actual data,the production process is simulated,and the scheduling process and AGV path status are monitored in real time,and good results are achieved.
