At present,all countries are facing multiple pressures of energy security,energy structure adjustment and environmental protection.Clean energy,one of the effective solutions,has attracted more and more attention from all countries.As one of the important forms of utilizing renewable energy and clean energy,microgrid has attracted increasing and extensive attention from the theoretical and practical industries.Developing microgrid plays an important role in the utilization of renewable energy,the reduction of carbon emissions in electric system,the reform of electricity market and the adjustment of energy structure,and it has positive externality.The positive externality of microgrid has typical public goods attributes and external characteristics.Therefore,the economic and environmental performance of microgrid is not fully reflected.The issue of this paper is how to internalize the environmental protection value of microgrid into the income of microgrid projects,so that the value of microgrid project resources can be reasonably compensated to increase the income of microgrid and promote the healthy development of microgrid.Based on stakeholder theory,externality theory and value compensation theory,this paper uses game modeling and numerical analysis to discuss the compensation mechanism of the resource value of microgrid projects.Firstly,this paper summarizes relevant studies on microgrid subsidy,renewable portfolio standards and green certificate system at home and abroad through literature review.Then,this paper summarizes the value of microgrid project resources from the economic,the stakeholders,the social and environmental,and analyzes the main ways at present of microgrid value government compensation and marketization compensation.Thirdly,this paper mainly studies the important role of gird company,the key stakeholder of microgrid,in microgrid mechanism compensation through the evolutionary game model.Then from the internal and external perspectives of the micro-grid system,the paper discusses the value compensation of the micro-grid under the government compensation mechanism and the market trading mechanism.The following four aspects will summarize the specific research content and innovation points of this paper:(1)Analysis of resource value and value compensation mechanism of microgrid project.The resource value of microgrid project is mainly reflected in improving the utilization of renewable energy,reducing carbon emissions,meeting the differentiated demands of power market users and complying with the trend of intelligent power grid development.Different resource values bring utility satisfaction to different stakeholders.By sorting out the existing microgrid government subsidies and market trading mechanisms,this paper clarifies the compensation mechanism of the two types of compensation mechanism,which provides the foundation for the follow-up research on the microgrid compensation mechanism.(2)Study on cooperative value compensation mechanism between microgrid and grid company considering economic benefits.From the perspective of key participant to realize the economic benefits of microgrid,we are clear that under the current electric system background,grid companyis a key stakeholder in realizing value compensation of microgrid.There is not only unequal competition but also motivation and foundation of cooperation between microgrid and grid company.This paper analyzes the influence of cooperative direct benefits,indirect benefits,government subsidies,cooperation costs and risks costs on cooperative value compensation of microgrid and grid company through evolutionary game theory.It is found that the benefits of cooperation strategy selected by both microgrid and grid company are greater than those of non-cooperation,so cooperation can better compensate their respective resource value.The direct benefits of cooperation,indirect benefits of cooperation and government subsidies are positively correlated with the value compensation of cooperation between microgrid and grid companies,while the cooperation costs and risk costs are negatively correlated with the value compensation of microgrid and grid companies.(3)Study on the government compensation mechanism of internal microgrid system considering the efficiency of the industrial.From the perspective of microgrid internal system,we discuss the compensation mechanism of microgrid industry.We analyze the influence of government subsidies on the price and profit indexes of several important stakeholders of microgrid,such as equipment suppliers,energy investors,users and operators.Specifically,the following multi-party game models are designed: 1)E model of government subsidy to equipment suppliers,2)I model of government subsidy to investors,3)C model of government subsidy to users,4)O model of government subsidy to operators.It is found that: 1)the channel price index of microgrid industrial chain is lower when subsidies are given to equipment suppliers and investors.2)the price index of microgrid industrial chain channel is relatively high when subsidies are given to operators and users.At the same time,compared with other subsidy objects,when the subsidy is given to itself,its own benefits reach the maximum.Finally,we verify the model of this paper through numerical analysis,and find that the change of microgrid technology level has an important impact on the benefits of all participants in the microgrid.(4)Study on market compensation mechanism of microgrid considering market efficiency.From the point of view of market transaction,this paper discusses the value compensation mechanism of microgrid market.The market-oriented value compensation mechanism of microgrid is an important way of value compensation of microgrid,which will become the main way of compensation with the continuous development of microgrid industry and the improvement of industrial maturity.Through the establishment of three-stage dynamic game model and based on distinguishing independent investment and joint investment strategies of renewable energy utilization technology,this paper studies the influence of renewable portfolio standard and green certificate price on innovation level of in renewable energy utilization technologies,power quantity and profit.The research results show that: 1)the renewable portfolio standard will lead to the electric power enterprise lose profit,but renewable portfolio standard would lead to the formation of the green electricity market.There is an optimal boundary for renewable portfolio standard,which enables power companies to get the equilibrium value of innovation level of in renewable energy utilization technologies,electricity and profits;2)The increase in the transaction price of green certificates makes power companies increase profits.The impact of green certificates transaction prices on the power quantity of power companies should consider the innovation level of in renewable energy utilization technologies.The green certificates transaction price has a certain positive impact on innovation level of in renewable energy utilization technologies.
