Container multimodal transport has the advantages of long industrial chain, high efficiency and convenience, intensive economy, safety and reliability, which is an important direction of the development of cargo transportation. The development of container multimodal transport plays an important role in promoting the structural reform of the economic supply side, expanding the effective supply of transportation, giving better play to regional transportation advantages and reducing the logistics cost of the whole society.Under the guidance of the great economic strategy of the country’s "Belt and Road",China’s logistics industry has entered a stage of rapid development.Container multimodal transport has also ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. The broad multimodal transport market has also led to the development and expansion of a number of freight forwarding enterprises. In operation, freight forwarders need to plan multimodal transport routes, organize transportation, meet the diversified transportation needs of customers, and improve the economy, timeliness and reliability of service. Therefore, the problem of multimodal route planning is of great significance and practical value, and it is also one of the hot issues in the field of transportation planning. In view of the existing multimodal path planning, the shortcomings in optimization modeling and algorithm design seriously restrict the feasibility of providing decision support for practical problems. This paper studies the problem of robust optimization of container multimodal transport routes considering uncertain perturbation and discusses in depth the effects of uncertainty on total transportation cost and transportation route selection.First of all, considering the situation that the use of railway station containers and shipping companies’ containers is linked with the choice of transportation mode when container shortage occurs in some areas,as well as the situation that railway containers have different use time restrictions under different transportation mode choices. In this paper,we study the multimodal transportation path planning problem with limited container usage and establish a multi-objective nonlinear programming model to minimize transportation cost and transportation time. Then, considering the scenario of price disturbance in the transportation section,we use the interval method to characterize the uncertainty of the container transportation price, and propose a mixed integer robust optimization model with the objective of minimizing the sum of total transportation cost and node transshipment cost. The model is linearized by Bertsimas robust idea and solved by exact solution.Secondly, considering the situation of transportation capacity disturbance,we establish a basic model with container transportation capacity limitation on the transportation section. On this basis, considering the uncertain situation that the transport capacity parameters are in a bounded and symmetrical closed interval,a robust optimization model of multimodal transport route with controllable robust level is established by using Bertsimas robust idea, and the case is solved and analyzed by the exact solution method. Finally,we consider the multimodal transport route optimization problem under the condition of the disruption of the transport price and transport capacity.Based on Bertsimas robust idea, the uncertain parameters of transportation price and transportation capacity in the model are transformed robustly. The particle swarm optimization(PSO)and genetic algorithm(GA)are used to solve the transformed mixed integer programming model.Through the sensitivity analysis of parameters, the influence of two factors disturbance on the selection of multimodal transportation route is discussed in depth.
