| Public buildings are the main carrier of public activities,which need to adhere to the high-quality development of energy-saving and green.Since 2008,energy-saving in Colleges and universities has accumulated certain management and research experience,but also found many problems to be solved.In order to meet the needs of green and high-quality development of building energy-saving,comfort,and economy in the new era,more and more new problems need to be solved.Based on the above background,this dissertation takes the university campus as the research object,aiming at improving the buliding energy efficiency and comfortable operation,and puts forward the integrated management system methodology of energy-saving operation of campus buildings.Based on the theory of system science,management,economics,operational research and other disciplines,this dissertation uses theoretical analysis,empirical analysis,data simulation and literature investigation,and takes the energy-saving operation management of campus buildings as a complex system to be studied.Using the "Wuli,Shili,Renli"(WSR)system appoarch,it systematically analyzes the problems in the operation management process,and puts forwards intergrated strategy.The main research work of this dissertation is summarized as follows:(1)This dissertation investigates the current situation of energy-saving operation and management of campus buildings,and systematically analyzes the problems of integrated management of energy-saving operation of campus buildings.First of all,this dissertation uses the way of actual visit to understand the construction of monitoring platform,the application of related technologies,and the operation and management of building energy-saving operation and management of campus buildings.On this basis,based on the WSR system appoarch,a questionnaire is designed to analyze the practical management problems,from three dimensions of WSR:monitoring platform and related technical problems(W),management objectives and functions(S),and related principal behaviors(R).This dissertation combs and puts forward the problems.(2)Based on WSR methodology analysis platform construction logic,this paper defines the integrated service platform architecture,technical system and information content required by the integrated management of campus building energy-saving operation,and carries out case verification.Firstly,the architecture of integrated service platform is constructed,and the technology integration system required by the platform is proposed.Then,the WSR information integration content of the platform is defined.Based on the management requirements of the "Wuli","Shili" and "Renli" level of the integrated management of service energy saving operation.this dissertation puts forward the construction monitoring content index of the "Wuli" level,the monitoring content index of the auxiliary "Shili" and the platform control content index of the service "Renli".Finally,through the comparative evaluation of BJT University’s energy monitoring platform,the rationality and necessity of the integrated platform for building energy-saving operation proposed in this paper are verified.(3)From the perspective of "Shili",this dissertation analyzes the relationship among multiple objectives of "energy saving","comfort" and "economy" in the energy saving management of campus buildings,establishes the dynamic multi-objective optimization model of "building-energy-environment-economy" in the integrated management of energy saving operation,and puts forward two traditional solutions method,main objective method and weighted sum method.Finally,the availability of the method is verified by a simulation example.Based on the actual operation data of the SD teaching building,the dynamic multi-objective optimization model is applied.The results show that the balanced optimization based on the dynamic multi-objective optimization model meets the actual needs,which can provide the basis for managers to carry out the multi-objective dynamic optimization according to management preferences.Compared with the two traditional soluation methods,the weighted sum method is superior to the main objective method.It is proved that the multi-objective integrated optimization method can provide the control strategies of energy saving,comfort and economy of campus buildings.(4)This dissertation puts forward the cooperation and management strategy set of sub regional related subjects in the integrated management of energy-saving operation of campus buildings.Based on the theory of Consumer Behavior,this dissertation analyzes the main consumer behavior characteristics from the perspective of "Renli".According to the different behavior characteristics,the key problems of subject cooperation and management are solved separately.For the teaching area,based on the complete information dynamic game model,this dissertation analyzes and solves the problem of the school and ESCO contract energy management cooperation model selection.Based on the theory of discriminative price,this dissertation designs the discrimination electricity price model of dormitory area,and guides teachers and students to improve their energy behavior.Finally,based on the actual electricity consumption data,the results show that the electricity price model can achieve the corresponding energy-saving activities and income,and analyze and compare the economic guidance intensity of the two electricity price methods on energy-saving behavior.Finally,from the three dimensions of W,S,R.this dissertation proposes countermeasures and suggestions,and put forward comprehensive suggestions to improve integrated management.
