At present,with the rapid development of economy and society,accompanied by energy and environmental problems,especially energy-consuming buildings and energy management problems,green science and technology and management systems aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of development continue to emerge.China's building energy management system is developing faster and faster,not only in the means of monitoring and management,but also in the efficiency,transparency and controllability of energy efficiency.Based on the design and research of the comprehensive energy efficiency management system for Shougang West 10 th Square office building,the system was designed as a four-story pyramid structure,with the energy efficiency management system for building equipment,the sub-metering system for hydropower,the cold and hot hydraulic balance system and the intelligent lighting system from the bottom to the top.Through platform software and data network management with various internal logic control and editing functions,the integrated energy efficiency management system used bus-type communication protocols such as M-BUS,Modbus,C-BUS,et al.To realize control equipment-level access to various energy consumption related weak current subsystems of the building,integrated various energy consumption related weak current subsystems into a whole,formed a unified building energy efficiency control management system,organically combines building energy conservation,efficient management and scientific operation,and thus achieves the real building energy efficiency management control function.It was estimated that the energy consumption of Shougang Xishi Square office building after adopting the comprehensive energy efficiency system was about 17.6%lower than that of traditional buildings,which provided good reference experience for the comprehensive energy efficiency management of similar buildings.Figure21;Table8;Reference 53.
