Health is an important issue affecting future economic and social development.The close relationship between national fitness and national health makes sports become the cornerstone of healthy life.Based on the concept of national health,this paper aims to improve the national health service ability of mass sports buildings,and studies the design strategies and methods of mass sports buildings in cold areas.There is a serious lack of information in the design and research of contemporary mass sports buildings in the cold area.This paper makes clear the development stage and quantity distribution of popular sports buildings by combing the development process of popular sports buildings in the cold area,and takes three typical cold cities of Harbin,Changchun and Shenyang as examples,through the python web crawler big data survey,field survey and field view of 24 mass sports buildings By means of survey,538 questionnaires,correlation analysis,principal component analysis(PCA),structural equation modeling(SEM)and other data analysis methods,the paper realized survey of the design restriction,current situation and expectation demand of mass sports buildings.The paper analyzes the extension theory of the concept of national health,puts forward the connotation of the concept of national health,including the connotation of health equity,the connotation of the whole life cycle and the connotation of human development,and constructs the realization path of national health with complete population coverage,multiple services coordination and efficient resource utilization.The paper summarizes the external environment,internal structure and function mode of mass sports building in cold area of China,deconstructs the design object in practice,and puts forward the design levels of group space,individual space and single space.Based on the concept of national health,the design mechanism of different levels of mass sports buildings in cold areas is established,which are the structural adjustment of facilities system,the fine supply of individual demand,and the optimization of health perception experience.Thus,the paper proposes the design
