Research On Compound Design Of Community Sports Center In High-density Urban Environment

Over the past few decades,the rapid development of China's economic and social brought greatly improve people's living standard,cause the extensive concern of countries and national health problem,and the nationwide in the "national fitness" boom "healthy China" physical exercise,obtained the swift and violent development,the national fitness cause corresponding to this,the national fitness buildings sprang up all over the country.All the major cities in the country are actively constructing municipal and district fitness centers to provide fitness services for residents.After entering "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in",as the sports with tourism,culture,health,pension for future consumption growth,promoting consumption upgrading five happiness industries,public consciousness of the residents,health consciousness gradually improve,sports population increasing,the government of public service supply gradually increases,the national fitness cause ushered in more broad prospects for development,but also met with the development of the more difficult problems.The number and level of sports facilities in our country no matter,as compared with the social reality demand in China is compared with developed countries,have very big difference,per capita land area is less than the United States,Japan,one of the eight points.In view of the large number of fitness population and the severe shortage of stadiums,gymnasium is a key measure to meet the huge demand of society and improve the efficiency of use.It is the main task of the future efforts to achieve a balanced layout and service base,and "build a 15-minute fitness circle".At the same time,the construction of urbanization in our country has entered the intensive development of compact transition stage of intensive in the city development,the basic demand under the background of the national fitness facilities,construction of mixed land use,intensive and efficient streets,community sports center is imperative,a growing number of cities,the streets will be increased by different scale of community sports center project,in the face of increasingly strained urban construction land,land for community service facilities supply is very limited,streets,community public service facilities need to focus on sharing,under the condition of compact,mixed land use,the nature of the community sports center has a variety of functions also carries conveniently near the community service for the surrounding residents of tasks;Community sports center often require fusion cultural,commercial,residential,public service and social public space to form catalytic active center and region,for the community residents to provide efficient,convenient,can reach the multi-functional place.Compared with developed countries and regions,the development of mass sports in China started late and lack relevant construction experience,which also put forward higher requirements for the architectural design of community sports center.This needs to overcome the community sports center especially under high density urban environment design and construction of the community sports center,grasp the subject of the era of intensive development in the construction of cities in the future.In this study further summarizes the contemporary community sports center and high density urban environment under the premise of the basic characteristics and influence factors,through a case study of 23 completed project,get the high density urban environments usage of community sports centers,community residents' needs and wishes,which is put forward under the high density urban environment,the construction of community sports center in the equalization incremental layout,the function of the growing demand,and community the publicness of public construction three aspects of existence and the contradiction between the high density urban environment.And then introducing concept of compound design,from the concept analysis,the general goal and the principle of compound design compound design methods to construct composite three aspects of theory,the resulting high density urban environments compound design goals and principles of community sports center.In addition,under the overall design strategy of "compound",four strategies are proposed for the overall application of functional configuration,spatial organization,spatial interface and structure selection.
