Since the beginning of the 21st century,China's economy has entered a stage of rapid development.People's income and living standards have increased significantly.Per capita consumption of meat,eggs,and milk has increased rapidly.The livestock and poultry breeding industry has transformed from small-scale free-range breeding to large-scale and intensive breeding.It has become a pillar industry for many local economies and farmers to increase their income.At the same time,incidents of livestock and poultry food safety and fecal contamination have occurred from time to time,causing serious adverse social impacts.Therefore,the green safety of livestock and poultry breeding is still a hot issue that governments at all levels and the general public have been concerned about.Live hogs are the largest breed in the livestock and poultry breeding industry.The quality and safety problems of its products are concentrated in the excess of toxic and harmful substances in the products.Environmental safety problems are mainly manifested in the pollution of the environment by feces and the epidemic of epidemics causing zoonotic diseases.Both It mainly involves the breeding link,the production and operation codes of many breeding(farm)households,the self-discipline of industry association members and the supervision of relevant departments of local government.Therefore,strengthening research on the embedded governance of large-scale hog breeding behaviors for green and safe hog breeding has important theoretical value and practice for further enriching relevant theories on farm(farm)household behavior,government regulation,and association self-discipline,and vigorously promoting the sustainable development of hog breeding value.Embedded governance aims to emphasize that the government,industry associations,and farmers(farms)are embedded in each other while adhering to the inherent boundaries.This embedding is not only derived from the government's autonomous embedding,but also passive embedding due to the requirements and dependence of industry associations.The two are relatively separate in form and interactively embedded in functions,gradually forming a new model of industry governance.Compared with the traditional management model,this model has many advantages such as economy,flexibility and efficiency.Based on literature research and field investigation,this paper takes the households of hog breeding(farm)in Henan Province as the research object,using embedded governance theory,behavioral economics theory,autonomous governance theory,government regulation theory and other theories to construct related to large-scale hog breeding The main body's evolutionary game model and corresponding hypotheses have been put forward to conduct a more systematic and in-depth analysis and research on the status,context,and embedded governance models and mechanisms of green and safe large-scale hog farming.The first is to construct an evaluation index system for the green and safe large-scale hog farming.,Using the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation analysis method to analyze and evaluate the status and situation of the green and safe large-scale hog breeding in Henan Province,and discuss the existing problems and reasons of government regulations and industry association governance in the context of green and safe large-scale hog breeding;the second is the system The connotation of the embedded governance model and the three embedded mechanisms of system,organization,and interest are elaborated.The research data and related index systems are used to evaluate the embedded governance of green and safe large-scale hog breeding.The third is based on the government's From the perspective of the dual-embedded governance of breeding(farm)households,the association uses the double-column model to analyze the willingness,participation and green safety goals of breeding(farm)households to participate in the industry association,and deeply analyzes the embedded governance of green and safe large-scale hog breeding.The influence of the Chinese government and industry associations on the behavior of farmers(farms);the fourth is to use least partial squares(PLS)and structural models to test and analyze the embedded governance path under the goal of green and safe large-scale hog breeding,and propose embedded governance Path optimization strategy.Main research conclusions:First,with the decoupling of industry associations from the government and increased government regulation,the implementation of"green and safety as the goal,with government regulations as the benchmark,the government's dual embedding of industry associations and industry effectively transition from government regulation to government embedded autonomous governance.The possible innovations of this article are:First,from the perspective of research,it proposes a dual embedding with green and safe farming as the goal,with farming(farm)households,industry associations,and local governments as the main body,and system,organization,and interest embedding as the main content.The governance model regulates the breeding behavior of farmers(farms)from three aspects:internal development needs,external market and environmental pressures.From this perspective,the analysis of the behaviors and governance paths of farmers(farms)are based on the perspective of dual embedded governance,and the effects of different governance models are compared through quantitative analysis,which not only makes the governance relationship between the research objects more specific In addition,the optimization of governance paths and suggestions for countermeasures are more targeted;the second is to study ideas,use the evolutionary game model to analyze the decision-making behavior of the government,industry associations and farmers(farms)and put forward relevant research hypotheses,and then Respectively research and analyze the green and safe large-scale hogs breeding behavior and embedded governance path and its dual embedded governance model;the third is the choice of research tools,using the double bar model and partial least squares method to analyze the breeding(farm)households and industry associations.An exploratory comparative analysis of the behavioral influence of the government and its internal relationship can better explain the internal logical relationship between different embedded governance entities,and make the model estimation results more comprehensive,representative and persuasive.
