Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ovarian Cysts With The Method Of Nourishing Qi And Removing Blood Stasis

Objective:In order to offer scientific basis on using Chinese traditional medicine to cure ovarian cyst and develop secure and effective new Chinese medicine, we were working more systematic observation and research on clinical efficacy, physical-chemical index, unhealthy reponses, mechanism of regulating energy, revolving stasis, removing dampness, and dispersing mass granule.Methods:One hundred cyst patients were observed and researched by the manner of multicentric, random sampling, double blind control method, and then divided into two teams. Fifty patients are treatment team and the other fifty patients which take Guizi Fuling Capsules as the comparative team. Security index observation:Geueral physical examination, routine checkup of blood, urine, and excrement, the functional checkup of heart, liver and kidney;Treatment efficacy index:Clinical symptom, gynaecology ultrasonic examination, blood platelet numeration(PLT), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol(E2), pregnenolone(P), testosterone(T), hemorrheology, nitrosyl oxide(NO) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF) level, unhealthy responses observation and correspondence of patients.Results: 1.Comprehensive efficacy:tangile results:62%total efficacy:90%, there's no notable differences with comparative team(P>0.05);2. Chinese medicine symptom efficacy:tangile results:56%total efficacy:86%, there's no notable differences with comparative team (P>0.05);3. Remarkbly minified ovarian cyst tumor, there's notable differences after treatment (P<0.01), there's no notable differences with comparative team(P>0.05);4. Obviously raise erythrocyte specific volume, reduce wbole blood reductant viscosity, fibrinogen, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and its equation K value, there's remarkable differences before treatment and later (P<0.01). There's outstanding difference with comparative team(P>0.05);5. The granule is notably able to decrease estradiol(E2) and pregneuolone(P) level, through negative feedback to heighten follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), and luteinizing hormone (LH) level, treatment acceptance showed remarkable differences than none treatment (P<0.01), there's no notable differences with comparative team(P>0.05);6. Obviously heighten tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and nitrosyl oxide(NO) level, it showed obvious differences after tveatment (P<0.01), there's no notable differences with comparative team (P>0.01); 7. Security observation:only one patient which accept treatment was found functioual damage on liver, and later checked it caused by type B Hepatitis, the rest patients are never found any functional damage on heart, liver, and kidney or even abnormal blood.During treatment period, two patients were reduced to show nausea response, but none ended treatment for toxic side effect, the above said symptoms are all vanished automatically after two terms treatment.8. Correspondence of patients:Twenty-five patients of treatment team were follow-up regularly after medicine termination, only four of them showed menstruation postpone ment and frequent menstruation, the others are normal.Conclusion:1. We can see notably clinical efficacy of the granule medicine to regulate energy-blood, revolving stasis and removing dampness, dispersing mass and manified tumor obviously.2. Improved the hemorrhage in order to get the purpose of treatment.3. Gdjusted sexual gland axis to recover sexual hormone level, and manify tumor itself to become recovery.4. Raise immunity function against tumor and anti oxygen free radical impact to get the purpose of treatment;5. None toxic side effect or unhealthy responses, the granule is easily accepted to bring with patients.
