Clinical Research On Mental Sub-health By Tuina Therapy Of Soothing Liver And Spirit-regulating Combined With Psychological Counseling

Objective This study first plan to make the measurement statistics of the clinical literature of sub-health about external therapy of TCM,and then extracted the data.Through further screening statistics of clinical research literature of sub-health of Tuina by screening statistics,summarizes the frequently used Tuina treatment,main collateral channels of sub-health,acupoints and other therapies for sub-health.Based on the above analysis of the literature and clinical experiences,selection of Tuina therapy combined with psychological intervention of psychological sub-health,in order to reduce the blind ness of psychological sub-health diagnosis,improve the clinical curative effect of intervention,and then to provide safe,reliable and effective programs for the diagnosis and treatment of psychological sub-health.Methods1.Literature Analysis With the help of CNKI China journal full-text database platform,first we choose "sub-health" as the theme of literature retrieval,and then choose to the CLC number "R24"(R24: clinical medicine)results in search of the literature search,before January 1,2018.To obtain external therapy clinical research literatures of sub-health,and further screening literature Tuina sub-health from above the literature,statistics and analysis of relevant measurement.2.Clinical Study According to the results of the literature research,the incorporated 64 people were randomized into experimental group and control group using randomized controlled methods.Treatment group was treated with Tuina Therapy of Soothing Liver and Spirt-regulating Combined with Psychological Counseling intervention;the control group using psychological intervention.All of the patients will be text the Hamilton depression scale,life quality scale when before the intervention,finish the intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention,and then use SPSS22.0 data processing software for statistical analysis.Results From the literature analysis,293 literatures of external therapy of TCM intervention in sub-health clinical study were selected which are mostly from southern China,Guangxi,Guangdon and Sichuan provinces,by the randomized controlled clinical study and the 3 major treatments of acupuncture,tuina and moxibustion.About the index standard of diagnosis and curative effect“Chinese Medical Clinical Guide for Sub-health” and “Criteria of Diagnosis and Syndromes in Traditional Chinese Medicine”published by China Association of Chinese Medicine 2006 are mainly cited by these clinical literatures.There are 73 sub-health clinical research literatures about Tuina among these literatures which only focus on physical sub-health and mostly apply solo Tuina treatment by acupressure on bladder meridian,governor vessel,gallbladder meridian,fenchi acupoint,pishu acupoint,shenshu acupoint with the therapy frequency of 6 to 10 times within 21 to 30 minutes.In the clinical study,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 96.77%,the control group is 75.86%,it shows that there is a difference among the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in safety(P>0.05).The follow-up results showed that the treatment group compared to the control group has significant difference on HAMD scale score and SCL-90 scale(P<0.05).Conclusion1.External therapy of TCM has been widely used to treat sub-health,and the clinical curative effect is exactly.As an important branch of external therapy,Tuina therapy has obvious advantages in treating sub-health.It can be used as the focus of clinical research.However,at present,it still has a lack of authoritative and unified sub-health clinical diagnostic criteria and evaluation criteria.The intervention of Tuina Therapy on sub-health is more concentrated on physical sub-health,and the clinical research of mental sub-health is another focus of future research.2.Tuina Therapy of Soothing Liver and Spirt-regulating Combined with Psychological Counseling can better intervene psychological sub-health than simple psychological counseling;and it is worth to make the further study on clinical.
