| Ojective:By summarizing the literature reports on the treatment of chronic kidney disease by Bupi Yishen Qingre Lishi method for the treatment of chronic kidney disease in the past 20 years by traditional Chinese medicine,the frequency analysis of the medicine for treating chronic kidney disease by Bupi Yishen Qingre Lishi method has been performed.The common drugs used in the treatment of chronic kidney disease were found from the method of nourishing the spleen and replenishing kidney,clearing away heat and dampness,summarized and analyzed the main treatment methods,and analyzed the treatment mechanism and modern pharmacology of the commonly used drugs.Method:This study carried out data mining on the literatures on the use of Bupi Yishen Qingre Lishi method to treat chronic kidney disease in the past 20 years.Kidney disease provides effective clues and objective evidence-based medicine.Theoretical research is conducted through traditional literature retrieval methods.According to the specific diseases of primary glomerulonephritis,primary nephrotic syndrome,IgA nephropathy,diabetic nephropathy,and chronic renal failure,modern clinical observation literature that meets the standards Classification,establish a database with Excel,frequency analysis of the commonly used drugs for the treatment of the five diseases mentioned above,and frequency analysis for the overall medication of the treatment of chronic kidney disease,Classify commonly used drugs,and analyze each class of drugs.Conclusion:Among the 433 articles included,there were a.total of 246 drug flavors and a total of 5354 flavors.The top 20 drugs with a higher frequency were 372 astragalus,6.59%,284 atractylodes,5.30%,and 237 yam,4.43%,Poria 235 times,accounting for 4.39%,Salvia miltiorrhiza 189 times,accounting for 3.53%,Codonopsis 184 times,accounting for 3.44%,Dogwood 135 times,accounting for 2.52%,Angelica sinensis 133 times,accounting for 2.48%,Chuanxiong 131 times,accounting for 2.45%Licorice 118 times,accounting for 2.2%,Alisma 113 times,accounting for 2.11%,Cuscuta 111 times,accounting for 2.07%,Rhubarb 106 times,accounting for 1.98%,Achyranthes knee 105 times,accounting for 1.96%,Motherwort 96 times,accounting for 1.79%,Eucommia ulmoides 88 times,accounting for 1.64%,Shiwei 87 times,accounting for 1.62%,Rehmannia glutinosa 85 times,accounting for 1.59%,Hedyotis diffusa 82 times,accounting for 1.53%.Coix seed 78 times,accounting for 1.46%.The collected drugs are classified into 21 categories according to their functions,and are divided into 21 types,with"taste times" as the unit,and the frequency of drug use of the collected documents is counted.According to the frequency,the top 15 are ranked in order.It is a tonic medicine(2153 flavors),a blood circulation and stasis remedy(762 flavors),a diuretic and dampness medicine(663 flavors),a heat-clearing medication(629 flavors),an antihypertensive medication(143 flavors),and a hemostatic medicine(140 flavor times),astringent medicine(266 flavor times),laxative medicine(125 flavor times),humectant medicine(122 flavor times),Qi regulating medicine(79 flavor times),Wenli medicine(65 flavor times),phlegm elimination Antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs(64 flavors),rheumatism(55 flavors),Pingganxifeng medication(50 flavors),and digestive medicine(27 flavors).A total of 135 articles were included in the treatment of primary glomerulonephritis from the method of invigorating the spleen and kidney,clearing heat and dampness.A total of 110 drugs drugs(28 flavors),rheumatism(22 flavors),phlegm,cough and asthma medicines(16 flavors).A total of 89 articles were included in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy from the method of invigorating the spleen and kidney,clearing heat and dampness.A total of 122 drugs appeared,with a total of 1130 times.The top ten drugs with a higher frequency were Astragalus(78 times,accounting for primary nephrotic syndrome from the method of invigorating the spleen and kidney,clearing heat and dampness.A total of 126 drugs appeared,with a total of 790 times.The top ten drugs with a higher frequency were Astragalus(57 times),Accounting for 7.22%),Atractylodes macrocephala(53 flavors,6.71%),Poria(42 flavors,5.32%),yam(31 flavors,3.92%),licorice(28 flavors,3.54%),Alisma(25 rules of drug-pair association found that the Qi-enhancing drug Astragalus is often compatible with Baizhu,Yam,Danshen,Codonopsis and Fructus Corni.Secondly,Astragalus membranaceus is often compatible with Angelica,Chuanxiong,Cuscuta,Rhubarb and other drugs,which embodies the therapeutic viewpoint of nourishing the spleen and replenishing kidneys,and activating serum. |
