Excavation Of The Law Of Drug Use In The Literature For The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes With Damp-heat And Spleen Syndrome By The Method Of Clearing Heat And Removing Dampness

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to research the modern literature in the network database for the past 30 years(1989-2019),and systematically excavate the rules of medication for clearing away heat and dampness to treat type 2 diabetes with dampness and heat and spleen.The "heat-clearing and dryness and dampness" perspective provides more literature evidence for the treatment of type 2 diabetes with damp-heat-stagnation spleen syndrome.Material and method:According to the methods and steps of literature retrieval,this study collected and organized China Knowledge Network CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,Vip Information Chinese Periodical Service Platform,China Traditional Chinese Medicine Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Service system,Reading Scholar Search,Super Star Journal and other literature databases that can be retrieved,select the documents that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and apply the data mining technology of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5).The purpose of this analysis is to explore the frequency and rule of the method of clearing heat and drying dampness for the treatment of type 2 diabetic damp-heat-stagnation spleen syndrome.Results:Through the study on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with dampness heat and spleen stagnation by traditional Chinese medicine,133 prescriptions were included,including 126 traditional Chinese medicines,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.The top 10 drugs in the prescription were Coptis,Scutellaria,Poria cocos,pinellia,Atractylodes,liquorice,Pueraria,coix seed and tangerine peel(the frequency of use was more than 30 times).2.The top four drugs in the meridian are stomach,spleen,lung and heart.3.The order of frequency in the medicinal properties of the prescription drugs is cold,warm,flat,cool and hot.4.The rankings of the five flavors in Chinese medicine prescriptions are: bitter,sweet,acrid,sour and salty.5.Through the analysis of prescriptions in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system-formula prescription,the top ten drug compatibility combinations entered in the prescription are:(1)Scutellaria,Coptis(48 times);(2)Coptis,Poria(40 times);(3)Coptis,Atractylodes Rhizoma(39 times);(4)Pueraria,Coptis(39 times);(5)pinellia,Poria(39 times);(6)pinellia,Coptis(38 times);(7)Coptis,Gangan Grass(37 times);(8)Scutellaria,licorice(34 times)(9)Pueraria,Scutellaria(30 times)(10)Atractylodes,Poria Cocos(30 times);Conclusion:1.In the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with dampness and heat stagnation of spleen syndrome,bitter and cold drugs are mostly used,and spleen and stomach channels are the main channels.2.Coptis chinensis,Radix Scutellariae,Poria,Pinellia,Atractylodes,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Puerariae,Coix Seed,and Orange Peel are the core medicines for the treatment of spleen syndrome of type 2 diabetes with dampness and heat.
