Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chrophic Gsatritis With Dampness-heat In The Spleen And Stomach By Clearing Heat For Eliminating Dampness And Stomach Method

Objective:To observe the clinical symptoms of dampness-heat in the spleen and stomach patients with clearing heat for eliminating dampness and stomach method.To study the clearance of Helicoba-cter pylori.Methods:This clinical observation was studied by the method of self control before and after treatment.I collect 44 cases from atrophic gastritis diagnosis of dampness-heat in the spleen and stomach patients with CAG in group.The 13c-ubt test was performed on each patient after entering group.They all take Chinese medicine decoction developed by professor.150ml warm water a half hour after every breakfast and dinner.After standardized treatment for 8 weeks,the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,and the patients with 13C positive were tested again after 4 weeks after stopping the drug,and then compared with the numerical changes and statistics of HP eradication.Results:In this study,44 patients were collected,4 cases were shed and the other 40 patients completed the experiment.The clinical effect of CAG 8 syndrome of spleen-dampness damp-heat-dampness and stomach-heat treatment was 95.00%,and the total score of TCM symptom and each symptom integral were statistically analyzed and p<0.01,there were statistically significant differences.The eradication rate of HP was 41.67%,and the value of 13C before and after treatment was statistically analyzed,p<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Clearing heat for eliminating dampness and stomach method has very positive effects in the treatment of dampness-heat in the spleen and stomach,chronic atrophic gastritis.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.And there is an eradication effect on the patient with the infection with Helicobacter pylori.
