PurposesThis thesis aims to clarify the theoretical connotation of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels",and to deepen the understanding of Yin and Yang theory. In order to deepen theoretical research of Qi-transformation of spleen and stomach based on "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels",and to excavate the mechanism of this theory, and to construct the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation theory of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach so as to deepen the theory of spleen and stomach of TCM.This thesis attempts to explore the pathogenesis of disease based on the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation theory of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach,so as to apply it to clinical treatment and provide new ideas for disease treatment.MethodsThis thesis uses the literature research method and the literature retrieval method to collect relevant information, the relevant contents of medical classics such as "The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic","Treatise on Spleen and Stomach",and "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" are organized and excavated, the key words of "Excessive Yang Channels and Deficient Yin Channels" "spleen and stomach" "Qi-transformation" "deficiency and excess" "sanyinsanyang" are used to search the related documents and thesises in CNKI,Wanfang Date and VIP databases. The above mentioned is to explore the theoretical connotation of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels",and to explore the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation theory of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach which can interpret more deeply the theory of sanyinsanyang in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and can study the theory content of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach more systematically, deeply and comprehensively.Results1.This thesis combs the content of Daoism, and explores the philosophical connotation of the theory of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels".Tao is qi.Tao is the begining point for the transformation into all things,It is laws of nature that Tao is originated from qi.The Tao both sky and land is rooted in Yin and Yang, which must be attached to specific things and their structures, namely organs. The deficiency and excess change of yin channels and yang channels is the state and process of the transformation into all things of yin channels and yang channels.2.The theory of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" is rich in content, including the principle of Yin and Yang, the use of deficiency and excess and the mechanism of ascending and descending.3.The deficiency and excess mechanism of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" is based on the transformation of "Yang transforming Qi and Yin transforming Shape",which can produce two states and two processes, namely, the state and process of excess Qi-transformation of yang channels and deficiency Qi-transformation of yin channels.4.Based on the study of the Qi-transformation theory of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach, the Qi-transformation model of the internal circulation theory of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation of spleen and stomach and Qi-transformation layer theory of sanyinsanyang is put forward and constructed.5.The internal circulation theory of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach is constructed. The state of the deficiency Qi-transformation of yin channels of spleen includes both the state of shape containing qi and the state of shape forming qi.The state of excess Qi-transformation of yang channels of stomach includes both the state of qi containing shape and the state of qi forming shape. As for the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation of spleen and stomach, its structure includes the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation in the middle Jiao, the top extreme of deficiency Qi-transformation in the lung, and the bottom extreme of excess Qi-transformation in the kidney, and its main content includes the Qi-transformation of yingwei?body fluid?clarity and turbidity.and its physiological requirement is rooted in Shenji and Qili.6.The connotation of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation layer of sanyinsanyang based on "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach is put forward, namely, the internal circulation of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach distributes in the viscera and meridians of sanyinsanyang, acting together with sanyinsanyang, which reflects the change of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation,called the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation of sanyinsanyang. This deficiency and excess Qi-transformation structure is the Qi-transformation structure layer which not only maintains and protects the life body, but also maintains the normal life activities of the life body, and even more maintains the integrity of the life body itself and the unity between the life body itself and the nature,so we call it the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation layer of sanyinsanyang.7.This paper discusses the main contents of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation layer of sanyinsanyang based on "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach, and puts forward the primary and secondary relationship of Qi-transformation layer of sanyinsanyang based on the internal circulation of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach. The Qi-transformation layer of sanyang is dominated by "excessive yang channels" of the internal circulation, the Qi-transformation layer of sanyin is dominated by "deficient yin channels" of the internal circulation, and the Qi-transformation layer of sanyinsanyang is dominated by the excess Qi-transformation of stomach.8.It is the first time to interpret the contents of more or less Qi and blood of sanyinsanyang?wind-attack syndrome and cold-attack syndrome of six diseases?Zhi Wei Bing of six diseases in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" based on the theory of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach.9.Based on the Qi-transformation theory of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach, this paper interprets the contents of the deficiency of the five internal organs and the disorder of Qi of the five internal organs in internal injuries, and interprets the contents of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",such as six diseases occurring in Yang or Yin?transmission?transformation and so on.Conclusions1.The philosophical proposition of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" is the embodiment of Taoism in Yin and Yang theory.2.This paper systematically studies the connotation of the theory of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of Qi-transformation system of the body, namely, the study of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation theory of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach, which constructs the Qi-transformation model of the internal circulation theory of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation of spleen and stomach and the Qi-transformation layer theory of sanyinsanyang3.Due to the unique structure and function of spleen and stomach in the human body, and because spleen and stomach "fill the four sides and transport all the time" acts as the pivot of ascending and descending of the Qi mechanism, the internal circulation of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation of spleen and stomach is formed with "the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation in the middle Jiao, the top extreme of deficiency Qi-transformation in the lung, and the bottom extreme of excess Qi-transformation in the kidney".The internal circulation of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach distributes in the viscera and meridians of sanyinsanyang, acting together with sanyinsanyang, which reflects the change of the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation,forming the deficiency and excess Qi-transformation layer of sanyinsanyang.4.Based on the Qi-transformation theory of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach, the theory of sanyinsanyang in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases " is reinterpreted, and Qi-transformation layer theory of sanyinsanyang is constructed.5.The research on the Qi-transformation theory of "excessive yang channels and deficient yin channels" of spleen and stomach has important clinical value and significance, which can provide ideas for the treatment of internal injury?exogenous disease?internal injury and exogenous disease.
