The sudden rising and falling political fate of the Q iuchi Yangs' regime is the inevitable outcome of the Huhan government which was split in the Wei Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties and governed the northwestern part, the most evident form of their strategic contradiction, and a valuable ethnic history with which some issues concerning the sixteen kingdoms as well as the Southern and Northern Dynasties can be studied.Multilateral ethnic relations, existing ways in the period of political power, the gradual formation of the pattern of the Southern and Northern Dynasties together with the media role playing during the war time of the Southern and Northern Dynasties are the essential component of the study of Northwest Ethnic History and the investigation of the Jin Dynasty Central Dynasty border issue. As the ruling order of the Central Plains Dynasty in the late Western Jin Dynasty is adjusted by different emerging ethnic powers which gradually have finished their feudalization and agriculture, the north of C hina gradually becomes the stage in which different ethnic groups take turns showing their ethnic development and play the historical roles.During that time, the Qiuchi Yangs' regime located in the Longnan, northwest of China took the opportunity to set up a separate regime. That is a time when Western Jin and Eastern Jin coexist. In the northern part of central plains some mutual restriction and maintenance among different political powers appear, which makes the Qiuchi Yangs' regime take on the multi-orientation and multi-angle ethnic relationship. The intermediate effect of the Qiuchi Yangs' regime in the seesaw tactic among the different ethnic regimes is amplified artificially since the further shaping of the separate ruling of the North and South Dynasty, which objectively creates the opportunity to get involved in Liangyi Administrative area and profit at the North South contradiction.Consequently, its Geopolitical role becomes more obvious. After the fifth Century, the shortsighted view of the Qiuchi Yangs' regime becomes exposed to the manipulation of the North and South regime.Because of its own private self-competition and internal power distribution, the different parts of the split Q iuchi Yangs' regime become the antecedent ants. Finally, the evolution among Song,Qi,Liang, and C hen makes the powerless North Dynasty become resistless to the northern cavalry. Moreover, the split of the regime becomes more and more evident in the chaos before the union, thus, its third party existence value and its geopolitical effect declines to death during the process of rising of the Guanlong forces in the Northern Wei period, till its disappearance in the end.
