"Q unshu Zhiyao" is written in the fifth years of Zhenguan in the Tang Dynasty.It was compiled by Wei Zheng and others in the sixty-eight documents of three major divisions of the Tang Dynasty,history and Zi,and compiled from the theoretical experience related to governing the country.It is the masterpiece of the wisdom of ancient sages and the wise of governing the country."Q unshu Zhiyao" not only directly contributed to the Tang Dynasty's "Zhenguan governance ",but also brought about the governance situation after it was spread to Japan.As a major feature of ancient Chinese politics,filial piety has been popular for thousands of years.Q unshu Zhiyao contains rich thoughts of filial piety.To sort out the filial piety thoughts in Qunshu Zhiyao,such as self-cultivation,family harmony,governance,etc.,and deeply tap its contemporary value,can be used as a reference to construct the thought of governance with Chinese characteristics and realize the great rejuvenation of the C hinese nation.Nowadays,the lack of human morality has led to various social problems.To solve these problems,the only way to solve these problems is to improve the moral quality of human beings.The filial piety thought in C hinese traditional culture can provide ideas for fundamentally solving this problem.At present,the academic circles have made great achievements in the study of the thought of governing filial piety.However,due to historical reasons,many scholars have carried o ut preconceived studies on the thought of filial piety without going deep into the classics.In this way,it is hard to avoid echoing people's opinions and taking the meaning out of context,which may lead to biased or erroneous conclusions.Because the re search on Q unshu Zhiyao has just started,so it is necessary to make a study on the theory of filial piety The research results of the book are few and not deep enough;while the research on the filial piety thought of Q unshu Zhiyao is less.At present,there are only sporadic discussions in some scholars' monographs or papers,and there is no systematic research.In view of this,this paper attempts to make a systematic study of the filial piety thought in Q unshu Zhiyao to make up for this defect.The thesis consists of six parts.The introduction part introduces the research background,significance,methods and innovation of the paper,as well as the summary of the research status in this field.The review is divided into three parts,namely,the research status quo of Q unshu Zhiyao,the research status quo of filial piety thought and the research status quo of filial piety thought in Q unshu Zhiyao.The first chapter discusses the theoretical basis of filial piety.It is considered that the rule of filial p iety is based on Tao,which is called filial piety;the rule of filial piety is based on morality,which is called filial piety;the rule of filial piety is based on governance.This paper discusses what is Tao and morality,and why filial piety is a matter of "justice of heaven and earth";filial piety,as the foundation of morality,has a relationship with other virtues;it holds that the main body of filial piety is all people,and the object of filial piety is body,family,country,and the world,etc.the principle of filial piety is to work in the best way and work in the worst way,to correct oneself,not to do anything,to seek others' own interests,to be close and distant.The second chapter discusses the rule of filial piety.The author thinks tha t filial piety is the fundamental way to run a family,a country and the world.The necessary condition for its success is to choose friends from teachers and relatives.The key to success lies in paying equal attention to both understanding and practice,and that the most important thing today is to pay attention to behavior.This chapter also discusses the function of filial piety in health,wisdom and morality.The third chapter discusses the rule of filial piety.Through the analysis of the relationship between propriety and the rule of family by filial piety,it is considered that the rule of family by filial piety is implemented in propriety.This paper discusses the effect of running a family with filial piety.It considers that filial piety can make the family grow up and grow up orderly,standardize the order of family ethics,promote family harmony,and ensure the stability of the family.It also discusses the role of filial piety in standardizing family ethics from three aspects: father and son have relatives,husband and wife are different,and grow up and grow up orderly.The fourth chapter discusses the rule of filial piety.This paper holds that filial piety is the ethical spirit foundation of ancient politics,and discusses the system guarantee of running a country with filial piety from the aspects of education system,selection system and legal system.In the aspect of education system,the thought of filial piety is mainly embodied in the idea of "teaching people to love and not to be good at filial piety" and the way of education based on "rites and music".Only by attaching importance to filial piety can we make the society harmonious and the people happy.Education should follow the order from top to bottom,from near to far.Education of r ites and music is the main form and carrier of teaching filial piety.Family,school and society are the path of filial piety education.In the aspect of selection system,the thought of governing by filial piety is mainly embodied in "selecting officials by filial piety".This has improved the quality of the official team,brought the opportunity for the lower class people to enter the official career,and formed a good atmosphere of filial piety to the elderly in the whole society,which is conducive to the long-term stability of the country.In the aspect of legal system,law and penalty are the necessary means to assist filial piety,but their functions are limited and cannot be relied on excessively.Law can teach unfilial,not filial.The rule of law s hould be supplemented by filial piety.The fifth chapter discusses the contemporary value of the thought of filial piety,and holds that the thought of filial piety is not out of date,only through reasonable transformation,removing the inappropriate parts,and establishing a new mode of filial piety that conforms to the characteristics of the times.The thought of filial piety can still play an important role in governing the country and ensuring the country.
