The problem of Marxism integrity is the subject that merits renewed investigation over time,which takes the integrity of Marxism as the main research object.Study of Marxist integrity comes as a reflection on the Marxist doctrine and a rational response to the development of Marxism fraught with twists and turns.It is necessary to solve the new problems proposed by the development of The Times.Philosophical analysis of Marxist integrity has great implications for theory and practice,largely because it helps us understand the destiny,essence,and significance of Marxism,while promoting the comprehensive application of Marxism.Marxism as a whole is the action guideline.Holistic Marxism answers the question of where capitalism should head for,and addresses the theoretical predicament facing classic German philosophy,classic British political economy,and Utopian socialism in France and the U.K.In practice,however,Marxism is often dismembered,misinterpreted and dispelled,and it has no power to explain the reality.The main reason lies in the failure to reinterpret and reconstruct Marxism in a timely manner with the transformation of the subject of The Times.This thesis is a philosophical exposition of Marxist integrity from the perspective of the dialectical unity of epistemology,ontology and methodology.This project based on today's reality,relying on Marx and Engels classic text,follows the logic of holistic Marxism,and reinterprets Marxist classics and history of Marxism.It reveals the holistic nature and essential framework of Marxism,finds out the logic underpinning holistic development of Marxism,and philosophically figures out how to reconstruct holistic Marxism in the new era.This is the main analysis framework and method of this paper,but also the innovation of this paper.In line with the history and logic,this project employs an integrated methodology of text,theory,and practice,and focuses on four issues: definition of integrity,the relationship between integrity and Marxism,connotation of Marxist integrity,and reinterpretation of Marxist integrity.This study delves into major aspects of Marxist integrity by addressing the following questions.What is the original idea of Marxist integrity? What is Marxism integrity practiced in reality? What should be the right Marxist integrity? How should Marxist integrity be regained? This thesis consists of five chapters.Chapter One defines Marxist integrity and reveals integrity is the nature of Marxism.Integrity is the innate property of object.A theory of object possesses integrity,if it captures the essentials of object,progresses with object,and takes a holistic approach to understanding object.Based on human actions,Marxism understands and reforms objective world through practice.It unifies theory and practice,with core elements as a unity and organic body.Marxism boasts integrity as its innate nature,determined by its own theoretical logic.Chapter Two and Chapter Three concern the most fundamental elements of Marxist integrity,and find out what Marxist integrity is in classic texts.Marxist integrity comes from integrity of object in the exploration by Marx and Engels.Integrity of intellectual object goes before integrity of intellectual achievements.On the one hand,advances in natural science give rise to the appearance of the holistic thinking of materialist dialectics.On the other hand,capitalist social production and proletarian revolution present a holistic object for investigation.Under these circumstances,Marx and Engels critique and integrate traditional thoughts to better understand social reality.Unlike conventional approach,Marx and Engels devote themselves to examining human beings and their material production in a bid to unravel the secrets of capitalism and human society.They expose the fact that capital controls labor and society,argue,from economic perspective,for the necessity of the emancipation of proletariat,and seek the practical approach to actualizing the emancipation of proletariat and all mankind as well as free,all-round development of individuals.Focused on real human being as a holistic theme,Marx and Engels dissect capitalist society while delving into the nature and rule of human society in the framework of the relations between demand and supply.They build socialist theory on social reality,analysis of both �yes',�as is',intending theoretical research to solving real problems,highlight the integrity of the methods.Integrity of Marxist content is determined by integrity of intellectual object,formation,holistic theme and approach.Marx and Engels' research horizon changed from the study of western capitalist society in his early years to the concern of eastern backward countries in his later years with the change of the subject of The Times.This development logic also indicates the integrity of Marxism.Chapter Four addresses the development of Marxist integrity.What is Marxist integrity practiced in reality? Marxist integrity evolves in two opposite directions.The first evolution sees Marxist integrity unify theory and practice in terms of theoretical conception and practical application.The second witnesses Marxism misread and distorted,undermining its holistic development and application in practice.Chapter Five involves philosophical reflections on regaining Marxist integrity,tackling the dilemma of using a single framework for a complicated issue.What should be the right Marxist integrity?How could Marxist integrity be regained?
