On Moral Integrity

Moral integrity is one part of personality. It is the standards or qualifications of a person. Firstly, thesis studied on the meanings of moral integrity and then discussed the importance about the moral integrity by contrasting. At last, the thesis investigated and studied the meanings in the Chinese culture background.Moral integrity is not inherent. It comes into being with the practice of a person. In fact, the development of the moral integrity is a course of motion state.With the development of the society, the defects of the Chinese moral integrity, such as backward and conservative, has become the obstacle. We should reconstruct the new moral integrity of the Chinese under the condition. The new moral integrity has get rid of the defect of the old moral integrity, such as self contained, conservative and so on. The thesis gives some ways or measures of reconstruction, for example, decocricity system of construction, modernistic education of personality, humane spirit of reconstruction etc.
