The Ming Dynasty Ling Zhilong's "Commentaries On Historical Records" is also called the " One Hundred and Fifty Commentaries on Historical Records ".It is known as the masterpiece of the commentary of the "Historical Records"' which is an indispensable material for the study of "Historical Records".This book not only has a complete style,rich comments and distinctive characteristics of the times,but also is well printed and beautiful in layout.As a result,once published in 1576,it was welcomed by readers and widely spread and accepted by posterity,which had a profound impact on the research of Historical Records and the process of literary canonization of Historical Records by scholars at home and abroad.Although the value of "Commentaries On Historical Records" has been generally recognized in the academic circles,there has not been a special paper or book that systematically studies the spread of the book.In view of this,based on the research of Ling Zhilong's life and family background and the background and content characteristics of "Commentaries On Historical Records ",this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic discussion on the communication and acceptance of "Commentaries On Historical Records " and the effect of "Commentaries On Historical Records" on the literature classicization of"Historical Records".This paper is mainly developed from the following aspects:The introduction part mainly introduces the current situation of the academic research on the communication and acceptance of "Commentaries On Historical Records ",as well as the research ideas,research purposes and research methods of this paper.The first chapter examines and compiles Ling Zhilong's life and family,the editor of Commentaries On Historical Records.Ling Zhilong's good family environment,his early repeated experiences and his friends with famous scholars all influenced his choice of life path and the formation of his academic thoughts.The second chapter analyzes the background of Commentaries On Historical Records.In the middle of Ming Dynasty,the development of commodity economy,the prosperity of common people's spiritual and cultural life,the formation of the business atmosphere of abandoning Confucianism,the improvement of imperial examination system,and the promotion of Ming people's enthusiasm for scientific examination all affected the demand of people for cultural commodities and the printing of books.In addition,the study of commentary and the study of Historical Records both matured in the Ming Dynasty,forming a
