Research On The Construction Of Small Towns With Cultural And Creative Characteristics In The Process Of Urbanization

This paper first discusses the relationship between cultural and creative characteristic towns and industrial development,economic transformation and upgrading in the process of new urbanization,and analyzes in detail the development course,spatial characteristics,operation mechanism and essential inquiry of Zhejiang cultural and creative characteristic town,and then defines the concept of cultural and creative characteristic town.At the same time,the relevant statistical data of 11 officially named cultural and creative characteristic towns in Zhejiang Province from2015 to 2018 are collected and sorted out,and the common elements and unique elements of the development of cultural and creative characteristic towns are investigated by using Mc Kinsey 7 S model and Porter five force model.On this basis,this paper draws on the advanced urbanization development model and experience at home and abroad,and further develops the thinking and innovation research of "cultural and creative industry" to promote local sustainable development.Through analyze the external influence of the development of the west lake art creation town in Zhejiang province and the kernel structure.From Industrialization of cultural creativity and Industrial culture and creativity,from the "policy,industry,urbanization,talent,Cultural creativity" the five dimensions,explore cultural and creative characteristic town "build" form of function requirement and mode of value in social governance and the new urbanization connotation and practical significance,as well as in system and mechanism to explore the development of the security policy.At the same time,with the methodology of "people,event,object,site and environments",this paper discusses the strategies and methods to solve the problem.This paper holds that the cultural and creative characteristic town plays an important role in the new urbanization and social development.But the cultural and creative characteristic town development time is still short,plus the theory research lags behind,in this aspect still needs the more perfect theory system to carry on the supplement.This study starts from the new urbanization process,combines the policy,the industry,the economy,the culture and so on several aspects to carry on the thorough research to the cultural and creative characteristic town,deduces the development theory model,expects to make the certain degree answer to the small town development difficult question.After a thorough study of the special town,this paper finds that:1.clarify the relevant theory and practice model of "form construction" of characteristic town,it plays an important role in enriching many theoretical mechanisms of new urbanization;at the same time,the development mode of characteristic town construction plays an important practical and feedback role in the construction of new urbanization.2.characteristic town plays a better integrated role in local culture,industrial development and social civilization construction,even in social governance.At present,it focuses on the tourism industry,especially the development of cultural and creative in the field of local folk culture.3.characteristic town construction has the important significance to the local talented person construction.The blood transfusion mechanism formed by the introduction of high-end talents has accelerated the rapid development of local new and emerging industries.4.chain collection of industrial development is embodied in the characteristic town,but its rationality and future development potential need to be further expanded.5.in the policy and system,the characteristic town plays a positive role in promoting the development of some small towns,and at the same time,it makes a certain number of rural local residents(farmers)turn to non-agricultural.At present,this model has a positive effect on the construction of population quality and population policy.Above all,this research holds that cultural and creative characteristic town promotes new urbanization process and economic transformation and upgrading,and realizes double innovation to promote local sustainable development.At the same time,cultural and creative characteristic has important practical value in the aspects of local culture,civilization,ecology,life,industry and so on,using cloud computing,artificial intelligence,5 G communication and art block chain technology.
