Alexander technique,which originated in the first half of the 20 th century,is a comprehensive course combining medicine,psychology,pedagogy and kinematics.It is now widely used in the field of music performance in Europe and the United States.Its teaching purpose is to help music performers relieve tension,fatigue and pain caused by physical and mental disorders in practice and performance.Alexander's technical piano teaching method is a piano teaching aids,its role is to ease the tension of the body in piano playing,and achieve piano tone and music.Since 1980 s,western scholars have successfully applied Alexander technique to piano performance and teaching,but the teaching method of Alexander's technique piano is in the initial groping stage in China.Xie Jingxian,a teacher of the piano department of Shanghai Conservatory of Music,tried to explore Alexander's technical piano teaching method and had a certain accumulation and understanding,but the teaching method still needs to be supplemented and perfected in theory.This article uses the Chinese traditional culture etiquette culture,the body esthetics,the morals culture carries on the humanities explanation to Alexander technical piano teaching,causes Alexander technical piano teaching to combine with the Chinese traditional culture.Therefore,this topic will focus on piano teaching,reviewing piano teaching from the perspective of medicine and sports mechanics,studying the problems of students 'physical and mental stress in piano teaching in China,and using the theoretical methods and methods of Alexander technology in piano teaching.Alexandria ' s practice in China ' s piano teaching has been studied in two ways.This article consists of an introduction,four chapters,conclusions and prospects.The basic content and framework are as follows:The introduction,outlines the origin and significance of the research topic,research goals and content,research status,research methods and innovation,core concepts and so on.The first chapter is the source of Alexander's technical theory and its piano education function.The first section of the theory of Alexander technology,discusses the theoretical source,formation and connotation,core concepts and main characteristics of Alexander technology,and introduces the development of Alexander technology.The second section of Alexander's technical piano education function explains the scientific and humanistic functions of Alexander technical piano education and the fusion of scientific and humanistic functions.The scientific function is conducive to the relaxation of piano playing techniques;enhances the piano students' physical perception and core strength;prevents the piano students' physical damage;and inspires the piano students' physical consciousness.The humanistic function is helpful to change the player's concept and form the correct physical experience;adjust the player's emotional state control;enhance the humanistic expression of the piano music aesthetics;help the piano teaching integrate the piano and the piano.The scientific and humanistic integration function of Alexander's technical piano education is to establish a jointly developed teaching relationship,which reflects the integration of piano educational technology and humanities and arts,and can also achieve the integration of people and piano musical instruments.The second chapter is the practice of Alexander technique in the teaching of western piano.This chapter first sorts out its contents and divides it into three sections,three periods and three processes.The first section specifically explains the three semesters,namely the junior semester,the intermediate semester and the advanced semester.The elementary stage is to establish a scientific concept of practicing the piano,lay a solid foundation for performance,and put forward the concept of avoiding the wrong use of the body practice habits,the rational distribution of playing power and the concept of "integral use" of piano performance;the intermediate stage coordinates music and piano performance Posture,which specifically explains the guidance of "language commands" to the use of piano performance energy,and "support and suspension" and "resistance and thrust" language commands control the playing posture;the piano teaching method for advanced students emphasizes physical experience,which specifically explains "inhibition" The application of "technique",good "application" and "operation" in piano teaching explains the significance of using body experience in Alexander's technical piano teaching method.The second section elaborates three time periods,and categorizes the different content and methods of the technology teaching method before,during and after class,and puts forward three points: before the class,students should be inspired to express their physical feelings and expressions in piano playing,and cultivate "Sense of time","space" and "visual sense" in physical experience;experience Alexander technology in class,enhance students' physical and mental coordination,experience movement principles,use "chair work" to reasonably allocate body energy and reduce habitual tension in piano performance;After class,use "suppression" technology to detect and supervise the piano playing,adapt to the complex and changing performance challenges.The third section explains the three processes of Alexander piano technical training.First of all,it is proposed to establish a prudent thinking of practicing piano before practice,initially form the consciousness of combining body and piano music,and establish awareness of the physical state of the piano during practice;change the concept of enjoyment during the practice process,which is specifically reflected in: encouraging piano students Boldly question the inherent habit of practicing piano and cultivate piano students not to be obsessed with the expected results of piano performance;after the practice,discover the comprehensive self-experience of piano players,which are specifically reflected in: 1.A common collaborative approach to explore the comprehensive self-experience.2.Aesthetic immersion method to explore comprehensive self-experience.3.The difference between "intuitive piano playing" and "conscious piano playing".The third chapter,Alexander technical piano teaching concept and Chinese traditional etiquette culture,body aesthetics and moral cultivation,aims to analyze the significance and value of Alexander technical piano teaching concept reflected in Chinese traditional culture.The first section,Alexander's technical piano teaching concept and Chinese traditional etiquette culture,compares the similarities and combination of physical experience and artistic experience has become a key element in the realization of the concept of "unity of body and mind" in Alexander's technical Chinese piano teaching.And put forward "the three-stage theory of cyclic rise in the teaching of Alexander Technology China Piano".6.Teaching thinking of Alexander technology in Chinese piano performance.7.The enlightenment of Alexander technology on the training of talents of Chinese piano performing arts.A three-dimensional cone model was built for the Chinese Alexander Piano Teaching Method.This study attempts to carry habits,and maintain students' sustainable playing development.The conclusion and outlook also reflect on the lack of long-term systematic practice of Alexander ' s technical teaching methods in the field of piano teaching in China.Therefore,this research needs to be further supplemented and improved in the future to make it easier to integrate into Chinese piano teaching.
