On The Application Of Alexander's Technique In Oboe Playing

The double spring tube originated in the early 14 th century,the old subtreble Shum-Pombard.After more than 600 years of development,the shape of its musical instrument has been very mature today,and the improvement of the instrument itself is more in line with the principle of ergonomics.Accordingly,the teaching and playing method of oboe is also improved from generation to generation.But even so,oboe is still a very difficult instrument,for most beginners,excessive tension can lead to difficult pronunciation.For professional learners,some of the wrong habits left over from their beginners can also lead to the efficiency of practicing oboes,even when playing,also because it is not necessary.The tension,or the stiffness of muscle instinct caused by the wrong practice,makes it impossible to perform better quality.In the face of this situation,we can use Alexander techniques to improve our bad habits.According to textual research,Alexander,the original proponent of Alexander's technique,initially used it only in vocal music singing.Later,this technique was widely used in many fields,such as medicine,biology,human body,music playing and so on,and developed related theoretical systems in various fields.However,the research on how to apply Alexander's techniques to music performance in our country is just beginning.Related periodical papers include Li Meiyu's Application of Alexander skills in Flute playing by Li Meiyu of the Central Conservatory of Music,Wang Ayu of Shanghai Conservatory of Music,Alexander techniques and physiological Regulation of performers,and Shanghai Music.Li Zhongfan,how to effectively alleviate the stage anxiety of College students of Music and Art,Alexander techniques and Viola playing by Zhang translated by Shanghai Conservatory of Music,etc.It is even more difficult to find out how Alexander's techniques can be used in oboe playing.Therefore,taking the repertoire of my degree concert as an example,this paper focuses on how Alexander's techniques can better help us practice the piano and improve the professional level of oboe players.At the same time,it can also provide a reference theoretical material for the application of Alexander's technique in oboe and even orchestra practice in the future,and also provide a reference for the basis of oboe in the future.This teaching practice method has the reference function and the reference function.
